Firepan Korean BBQ (Falls Church)

Make sure to check you receipts after leaving this establishment. They hired a thief waiter that pockets cash and changes amounts. Informed the manager and they didn’t provide a refund or correct the amount even though they hired a thief. Terrible customer service & mediocre food.

Gustavo has been the best server I had. As a usual here I always love coming here for the great food and excellent customer service. 10/10, five stars out of five

We went to the Falls Church location. Thankfully we made a reservation as the wait on a Saturday evening was over an hour. The service was great and Chris was very attentive and friendly. The food was good only downside was we could not adjust the spice level of the ramen which is my 5 year olds favorite so she could not enjoy it. Overall a nice place for a casual dinner with friends and/or family.

Definitely hit the spot for a spontaneous dinner choice on a Wednesday. Our server Siara was fantastic and made sure we were constantly taken care of. Best server I’ve had here yet! Hopefully she’ll be here next time I come in!

Always a great experience when I come here food is delicious. Service is always amazing and the place is always well-kept and the meat selection is always very good. Gustavo was our server today. He was very helpful and suggested great selections of meat that we should do to start off with and there were absolutely delicious great customer service. Ask for Gustavo when you visit!
