Service today was objectively bad. Our table was dirty, we received only one roll of utensils for two people, we didn’t get utensils until after the appetizer arrived (and after asking three times), no water, cold coffee, and there was a long hair in my food. I can say that I certainly will not be back to this location. And I will not recommend this location to anyone.

My husband ordered the million dollar bacon this morning for take out and there was a hair cooked into the bacon. We tried calling twice and no response.

Good quality was not the norm. Million dollar potatoes did not meet standards. Burnt bacon that was not really Million Dollar bacon. Service was slow and order did not come out as ordered.

The host guy seating tables had a serious attitude. We had gotten there early this morning around 8:30am. We asked for a booth but it was dirty he said so the place was half empty and requested a corner table in the back. He seated us and afterwards put a group of people right next to us when half the place was empty. I just felt that was done with a reason and we were polite. Food was good and our waiter was excellent. The host needs to train on being friendly. I come to first watch a lot. Update today is November 15th 2025 11:40am. I got take out just now ordered the trifecta. Chocolate chip Pancake, scrambled eggs with cheese extra turkey sausage with a side of cheese grits. I paid $5.10 in a tip. I just got home opened by bag no cheese grits, no syrup. I'm very angry this is the 2nd time a error has happened. I'm posting pictures plus my receipt. I'm never coming back.

We’re done with this First Watch. I have to think it’s bad management.

We had been coming to this location per much every weekend for years. Watched it exceptionally well run and great food. Excellent managers and servers from Garrick to Atronce to Val and Christian.

But since Val left the service and food quality has diminished to a point where we’re not going back.

Inattentive servers. Lines at the front. The hosts have been outright rude at times and I think it’s been the new management up there when we’ve had some bad experiences.

Ten minutes before anyone acknowledged my wife was there to pick up a takeout order today.

We’ve had great experiences over the years because we love our weekend breakfast. However, this location has fallen off to the point that my wife and I decided we’re not going back.

Really miss Garrick, Atronce, Val, Christian and crew. So sad.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t allow you to post without giving a star. They get ZERO from me! The way that the sections were assigned in my opinion was crazy. The server who was serving the area wasn’t our server, shockingly. We sat for about 10-20 mins with menus and no service before we were even acknowledged. After patiently waiting, I walked up to the counter and asked for a manager. Spoke with the manager about the issue in which she ended up taking our drink and food orders. Once the food arrived, the server said he would bring syrup. We waited patiently for 5-10 mins and it was never brought by the gentleman. The young lady who was supposed to be our server FINALLY came to our table, noticed we had food and no syrup. She grabs the syrup for us, then leaves. By this time, the waffle and pancakes were getting cold. I’ve been to several First Watch’s in the area and by far this location had the worst service.
