Yelp doesn't lie, this place is a top notch breakfast choice in the Falls Church area. There were lots of cars out front so I was worried it would be a wait but the place is much bigger than you'd think so we got a table without a wait on a Saturday morning. The food is large portions and everything was hot, fresh and tasty. The carrot cake and pecan pancakes were enjoyable and even though I was hungry I couldn't finish the second one and might just get one next time. The grits are also fresh and tasty and the million dollar bacon lived up to its reputation as a must try. The coffee was hot and enjoyable as well and they left the pot on the table so no waiting for refills. This place is worth a try if you're in the Falls Church area and I'll be back again sometime.

Bacon was flavorful with a perfect texture, and the holey donuts are legitimately made by the god of cooking, which is now whoever the leading chef is at this place.

Fills up quick and with the wait. Serves an assortment of traditional brunch fare, as well as some modern twists on proven classics. Service was very friendly.

I'm a sucker for early breakfasts at First Watch! I usually go to the one in Rockville Townsquare, making this day my first time trying this location. I secured my table online waitlist because we wanted to make sure we can be seated on a rainy early morning, we arrived there and got seated pretty quickly. The waiter we had was a very kind kid, who always checked on us and was helpful on getting my order right! I got their Smoked and Veggie Frittata, although requested to be made with egg whites instead of the regular whole egg way. It was very yummy and light! I wish I had more bread though hahah. My husband got their "Works Omelette" he said it was packed with the meats and enjoyed the pieces of toast with butter and jelly. To be honest, my favorite part of having Breakfast at First Watch is just some good healthy food and having my mug being refilled with hot drip coffee without the trouble of making it myself after a long week! The place was big and I'm glad people are a lot quieter in the mornings, compared to when you arrive a brunch time! (If you want a relaxing time, I would say arrive around 7AM to 9AM, it really gets busy by 10:30AM).

Minus the screaming babies and the drink order mistake, the food was absolutely delicious! The million dollar bacon is the best part. The healthy juice is great. The sangria drink was a little too much so I ordered a glass of orange juice to mix it.
