Asked for extra extra well done crispy fries and they were under cooked. Asked if this was supposed to be crispy and they spoke in Spanish for 2 minutes and told me “it is crispy”. Bun was cold and patties were hot with cheese not melted.

This evening the service was great unfortunately the food served was not up to par. Both the burger and fries were served warm and served hot as usual. 9-10 people max in the dining room at 6:00 pm. The dining room and bathrooms were clean.

Honestly, one of the best places for a fresh and delicious burger. You can really taste the quality — the beef is juicy and perfectly grilled, and the fresh-cut fries are just amazing 😍. The service is quick, the staff are always friendly, and the place is clean and well-organized. I love how you can customize your burger exactly the way you like it. Ordered a cheeseburger and it was good. Fries were good as well..not too salty. Definitely a good place to eat but I wouldn't pay 13$ again for that burger...maybe ten or 11 tops but 13$ for a burger ..thats high. And that's not even with fries. Fries tasted great but they were another 5.79$ for the smallest bag. The guy making the fries was awesome...loaded up the little bag with the fries. Made your money worth it. Good food but pretty pricey.

Before I tapped my card I asked the cashier if I could split my payment between two cards. Total came out to $2 more than what I had on my first card. 3x I tried tapping and kept getting declined. Each time I asked the cashier again and again if I could split the payment. He kept saying yes, rolling his eyes, until I explained what I meant by split, then he said no. I didn’t want the food anymore and the short female manager was trying to comfort the cashier by saying “El no tienes dinero” which translates to her telling the cashier, while I was still within earshot, that I had no money. So you have managers who don’t understand what splitting a payment means and who also trash talk their customers in Spanish. Bad job.
The place was very clean . The manager Liss goes above and beyond for her costumers. They are very welcoming and polite. I have watched them very closely and I see how much effort the staff put into delivering the best quality on every aspect. Even after dealing with dumb people who try to undervalue them. It’s my favorite Five guys and one of the reason I have not moved from the Area. I’m not one to write reviews often but I think they deserve to be praised.

I hadn’t been to a five guys in a few years but had a burger craving. It was very good, everything from the peanuts to the French fries to the little cheeseburger was fresh and delicious. They added a little too much mustard to my sandwich so it got all over my hands, but it tasted great and maybe that’s part of the experience 😂 I’m not the neatest burger eater so maybe it was just me. I didn’t get to take a photo because I couldn’t help but dive right in. I shared a strawberry Oreo smoothie and a little fries and it was DELICIOUS. The store was extremely clean, there was lots of seating, and the staff was all very friendly. I wish Five Guys paid their workers better wages but other than that, no complaints
