I ordered a regular hamburger (all the way, A1 on the side) and a small cajun fries. When I got home and opened my burger it was two patties and no toppings. I picked up the correct order (I got my fries and A1 on the side - thanks!) they just skipped the toppings. The cajun fries also have the lightest dusting of seasoning I have ever seen at a Five Guys. It might've been a year since I was last here but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to get the toppings you ask for and the cajun fries are supposed to have lots of seasoning. I wouldn't recommend this specific Five Guys to a friend. Definitely to some people I work with.

First, I love Five Guys, and this location has been great in the past. Today I ordered a standard cheeseburger and regular fry, but the normally overflowing fries in the bag were just a few extras. It's really annoying to pay over 6 bucks for a little cup of fries and NOT get the *expected* amount of overflow in the bag. On the plus side, the burger was great.

Been to this location three times, trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves but no.Got my order wrong each time.The worst part is I told the cashier, NO MUSHROOMS BC IM ALLERGIC and that’s exactly what she added.They should have someone at the register who understands the language a little better.We also asked for our outdoor table to get wiped down bc it looked past dirty (they all were) and someone came out 30-40 minutes later.
