First, I love Five Guys, and this location has been great in the past. Today I ordered a standard cheeseburger and regular fry, but the normally overflowing fries in the bag were just a few extras. It's really annoying to pay over 6 bucks for a little cup of fries and NOT get the *expected* amount of overflow in the bag. On the plus side, the burger was great.

Been to this location three times, trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves but no.Got my order wrong each time.The worst part is I told the cashier, NO MUSHROOMS BC IM ALLERGIC and that’s exactly what she added.They should have someone at the register who understands the language a little better.We also asked for our outdoor table to get wiped down bc it looked past dirty (they all were) and someone came out 30-40 minutes later.

I love the food here especially the fries, and this location is clean, the restrooms are locked until you use the code at the bottom of your receipt, and I like this because it stops people from trashing
