I had the veggie egg rolls which was served on noodles and salad. The egg rolls were delicious but the noodles and salad lacked flavor and I didn't like the sauce it came with. The floor of the restaurant and the table were a little sticky like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The atmosphere was good in that I was there for a book club meetup and we had a nice quiet table by ourselves in a corner. This restaurant worked well for this purpose. Service was pretty good although since we were off in a corner it was hard to get the server's attention and she didn't check on us as frequently as would be ideal. There is no parking on site but there is a free parking garage right across the street.Vegetarian options: They have a nice list of vegetarian options.Parking: Free parking garage right across the street.

The last time I went to Four Sisters was when they were located in Eden Center. My mom and I used to go all the time and it was great. Tried it for lunch today and it was pretty bland. I didn’t see any other Vietnamese people in there so that probably explains why the flavors were so mild. The garden roll was ok. The sauce in the clay pot caramel fish needed a LOT more fish sauce.

Slightly disappointed with my experience here - there is very little service (you have to go up and order - I think the restaurant is shortstaffed). I went on a weekend evening so it was pretty busy, but I did not have to make a reservation for a party of three. The main issue was my food. I got lemongrass chicken, and it was dry and not seasoned well. The portion sizes were large, but I honestly expected better from a well-renowned restaurant like Four Sisters. My friend got lemongrass beef which was miles better than my chicken - how is there such a large disparity between two similar items on the menu?Pricing was pretty fair for the portion size, but not for the quality. I probably will not be back. I'm sure that some of the items on the menu are good (like the lemongrass beef), but I am simply disappointed with what I got

Such a great Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine that you could find. We love the food and the service very much. Great value for money.

Last two times I received takeout, food was terrible . It will be a while before I get food here. Maybe they changed chiefs?

Slightly disappointed because the last time we had visited was a few years ago in 2016 and I remember a completely different experience than the one we had last night. Food was great considering we only ordered three items on the menu but the lack of service and overall confusing system of ordering and unwelcoming aura overshadowed it. We came because my family shared a pleasant experience in 2016 with my late mother and wanted to reminisce on those memories and the experience on her 2nd death anniversary. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because the pandemic was not kind to everyone; especially family owned businesses like this one. The food is definitely something you should look forward coming to this restaurant, but I do hope the atmosphere improves and is more welcoming.

Never disappoints. Great pho, had their chicken with chilis and that was also delicious. Affordable. Outdoor seating. My only complaint is their website didn't tell me they were closed on Labor Day. But we've been here multiple times and always enjoy.

There’s plenty of free parking available via the garages in the area and street parking. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating available. Service was fast. Overall the main entrees were good but also sweet in flavor. Decent portions were given. The fresh garden rolls with shrimp and pork were flavorless but it’s lettuce and meat wrapped in rice paper.

Used to be a regular but the place has gone downhill. Food is good but service is nonexistent. You write out your order. No kids menu. And no flexibility on purchasing smaller portions for kids. Good food but not an enjoyable experience.

A friend was visiting from out of town and staying at a hotel in the Mosaic area. He had never tried Vietnamese before so we stopped in here to give it a go on an early Wednesday evening. The restaurant was busy but we were greeted immediately. There were a few pho options. We both landed on vermicelli bowls, his with grilled chicken and mine with veggie rolls. We both really enjoyed our meals.

Came for a late lunch, was promptly helped and my server suggested the bun bo nuong xa and it was delicious! Fast and kind service, I'll be back soon.

Came here for a big group dinner and ordered the ~10 course prix fixed menu in advance Each course was very different and done very well Authentic, tasty Good service, though the timing of dishes wasn't great often with long waits between courses. They would drop off dishes then come back like halfway through to explain which sauces to pair the food with

When I came here back in 2014, I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and the variety of different Vietnamese dishes offered. Their pho was one of the best in the area, and I would come by every week after finishing orchestra rehearsals at Langley High School. That being said, my latest visit was not great but not terrible either. With COVID, they offer sauces in tiny plastic containers (from siracha and hoisin to fish sauce for our spring rolls), and for someone who uses a decent amount of siracha in their pho broth, it was barely enough. The spring rolls were perfectly crispy, but the filling mostly contained huge chunks of potatoes (or taro?) that really took away from the familiar textures of a traditional cha gio when biting into them. My main concern was the quality of the noodles. The broth was fine, and the beef was very dry despite being in the soup. The noodles, however, had no chewy consistency and just snapped in half when I tried to grab them with my chopsticks. It was pretty obvious to me that they let the noodles boil for far too long before plating. There was also a slightly starchy aftertaste of preservatives I recognized from processed banh pho tuoi stick rice noodles I use at home. I was slightly disappointed that the quality of the food went downhill since I'd been here last, but I would be willing to try the place again in the future. It's no longer the best place in the area for pho, but the overall flavors were satisfactory. When COVID goes away, I really do hope this place can be restored to its former glory.
