We missed the buffet but everything we ordered was delicious. The naan bread was lite and delicate. The triple delight (beef, shrimp, and chicken) was delicious and there was a white cheesy dessert that is to die for. Ginsoy is easy to miss because they're located in the back of be of Edens Center's indoor malls, so just look for the big "Grand Opening" banner hanging out front (as of Nov. '18).
New South Asian restaurant that also makes Chinese food. It's in Eden Center and where Cho Cu Saigon used to be. I had the lunch buffet. Chicken everything with one goat dish. Overall not as good a selection as your typical Indian buffet. I would've liked kheer, saag, butter chicken, etc but maybe they'll add those someday. Wife and i try new places all the time and we really liked this food. Had the Chicken tikka masala and the Aloo Palak. Tried both meals! Naan was also really good. Had this to go so didn't experience the atmosphere but I definitely go again and dine in next time
