We had made reservations for four (more than a week ago), but then got seated at two round tables that were pushed together. And the tables were not level with one another. so it was not a great experience for a lunch to catch up. Our server was friendly but super busy so it took a while to get menus, water, silverware, drinks, and food. The food overall was good.
The quality of food and the vibe of the place is great! I have gone twice and both times on the weekend so the place is always super busy. We made reservations upstairs both times. I was a little disappointed the last time I took my family for a simple birthday lunch. We were on time but had to wait to be seated (not too long of a wait), they set up the table but my glass was dirty with lipstick stains. We originally had tap water but ordered the sparkling and never got new glasses...
We got a private room for a reunion of family and friends. They let us talk for hours, the food was great, and the service was very attentive. I can't wait to have another occasion to do this again.
