Amazing Pho! 20/10 would recommend! I got the combination pho with well done and rare brisket, tripe and some others. The quality of the noodles are high, cooked to perfection. Springy noodly but not too firm. The broth was exquisite to say the least packed with so much flavor. Each sip is like a flavor blast to the palate. The meat portions are very generous. The pho is just okay- the soup isn’t too flavorful and is very light tasting. The special pho was also a lot pricier than expected (~$18). The bun bo hue meat is a bit tough to my personal preference.
