This the the SECOND TIME that I use the UberEats buy one get one free offer, and the restaurant gives me a ridiculously small amount of food. If you do not want people to use offers, STOP OFFERING THEM. Your restaurant is the first one on my list, usually because of your buy one get one free deal - and you’re one of the stores that accepts the Uber eats 40% off $25+. How are you going to use those deals/offer to advertise and then give out basically no food? $15 of chicken and you guys gave me LESS than a typical small portion. I know this because I often come in in person or order without the deal and the portions are ALWAYS correct. It is only when I use the 40% off or the buy one get one free deal that you think you’re justified in giving a customer less food. If you’re not ok with the deal STOP OFFERING IT. The first time this happened i thought the driver ate my food. I let it slide, and see now that it was the restaurant all along. After calling the restaurant directly they told me they’re consistent with their portions and there’s nothing they can do. They told me to contact Uber eats. I did just that, and spent 30 minutes talking to an agent about it. A refund does me NO good if I still have to go out and get more food because they gave me legitimately half of what a full portion is. That is disgraceful for $15 nuggets. I will be reaching out to the contact info on the website and seeing if I can file a complaint through them.

I tried their hottest wings, I don’t find it was spicy when compared with Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings were too oily and greasy. The ambience was not good, tables were not cleaned properly. I don’t recommend this place.

The chicken bites I bought for some friends were finely done, and the sauce truly creamy and flavored. At a price-point that won’t bust your wallet, you can be assured that coming here just once will lead to a better day….Yup! Hangry Joe's is some good stuff! We're visiting the area and found this place on Uber Eats -- the name almost made me think it was a ghost kitchen, but it's real! I got the wings in Mild and Soy Garlic. Both were great but I was v impressed by their classic Mild with crunchy batter that retained its crisp even throughout the food delivery process with the perfect slightly spicy kick! The wings were juicy and flavorful, I really couldn't get enough and wish I ordered more. Chicken and waffles were delicious but beware of the spice level you choose; the "hot" level is true to their namesake, alright! The loaded Mac is truly loaded and they're quite generous with the chicken portion, and we also enjoyed the fried okra. Will personally be craving the crunchy wings for days and can't wait to be near a location again!

I really enjoy the food here, I had the chicken and waffles. It was so good, that's all I keep getting. I haven't tried anything else yet. I bring everyone who visits here. The waffles taste like funnel cakes, you can thank me later ;). Missing the carnival? Come here to get a little taste of it, you won't be disappointed. I don't even remember using syrup on it. I only removed a star because the dining area is small and not really suitable for a long comfortable eating experience. I usually go for take out so I haven't gone to the restroom and can't speak on that. The service is always pretty prompt and they have many options...I just don't know that I'll ever get to them because I love the waffles so much *shrugs*. I would recommend it. Enjoy!~

We decided to give Hangry Joes second try since the Van dorn location is completely trash from the service , to the restaurant in general.This location 10 stars !The guy working the register this Sunday was great , very polite and had great customer service . Definitely will be back to this Falls church location.Please don’t go to their Van Dorn location the staff is rude , dirty and unprofessional.
