There’s no discriptions as to what each seasoning taste profile is for each selection on flavor. Therefore because I haven’t ordered from here in months I accidentally chose the wrong one because I couldn’t remember. Now I am stuck with $98 worth of crab legs with seasoning that is bland. Something needs to be included in the website and the ordering interface to show what they are. Is someone is ordering for the first time, how are they supposed to know?

genuinely the worst crawfish i’ve had, they didn’t have live in stock so it was cooked from frozen and they were mushy, dry, and extremely salty with some pieces being straight up bitter. I didn’t expect too highly of frozen crawfish but they were just so bad; other seafood was decent but I was mainly here for the crawfish. additionally, portions overall were honestly small for the price.

I was craving seafood and wanted to stop by this place since it was close by and their signature Hot & Juicy sauce never disappoints. Btw, they revamped the entire menu and I noticed several price increases on a couple items. Since seafood is not in season yet, their crawfish was cooked from frozen. Also, their garlic noodles with crab added was super salty and not enjoyable to eat. Unfortunately, my stomach became upset after dining here and I don’t know if I want to come back. For the price you pay here..I think I rather go to an AYCE seafood spot like Ocean Crab to make my money worth. Also the service was disappointing too, especially on a Monday night when it was slow. Our server was very forgetful and couple times where we waited too long to be help because no servers was around..

Hot n juicy is the best crawfish place in the area, hands down! The sauce is incredible, the seafood is fresh, service is excellent. We've been coming for years, and thought we had hacked the whole menu, til Ly gave us some ideas for new things to try. Didnt even know it could get better but it did! Pay attention to specials when you visit, they have great events! As if we werent already addicted, Ly showed us the way! We will be back again and again!

The crawfish was AWFUL. It had a terrible smell and taste and once I mentioned it that there was no substitution or discount. Alert people at first they are frozen and let the customer decide. Will not return.

This was such a great meal from start to finish. The food was flavorful, generous, and absolutely worth the price. The seafood platter was loaded and perfectly seasoned, the shrimp po’boy was fresh and satisfying, and the corn fritters, wings, and fried catfish were all spot on—crispy, hot, and clearly made with care.
What really made the experience even better was the service. Kelvin, our waiter, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. He checked in on us, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.
Overall, this is the kind of place you leave happy and satisfied, already talking about what you’d order next time. Great food, great value, and great service. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back.

They also have a location in DC, but it’s smaller and parking is a bit tough, so I usually come to the Virginia location. Both taste great, but this one is my favorite.
Overall, this is my go-to seafood place. The only downside is that the oysters were a bit small, but the flavor and everything else definitely make up for it. Highly recommend!

I remember going there with my friend and eating deliciously. I visited again this time. I ate green mussels, Dungin's crabs, and garlic noodles. Hawaiian bread too.
The store is clean and the staff is kind and the food comes out quickly.

I stopped into Hot and Juicy and decided to try the shrimp basket. I was pleasantly surprised because the shrimp came out hot, well seasoned, and honestly way better than I expected 😌🔥🦐. I took the first bite and immediately thought, okay… they did not come to play.
The service was fast, and our server was really attentive, which made the whole experience even better. No long waits, no guessing games, just good food and good service.
I would definitely go back to try more things on the menu. If everything hits like that shrimp basket, I might end up becoming a regular 😄👌.
