My boyfriend and I came here for lunch on a Sunday. Waitress was nice and brought our food and drinks really fast. Everything tasted fresh, the calamari was crispy and tasty. They had coke products so that’s a huge plus for me.

This is my very first time leaving a negative review because I usually understand businesses, but this is too much. I was so excited to try their food, and yesterday I convinced my fiancé to drive us 45 minutes to pick up our order. We ordered 1 lb of shrimp, 1 lb of black mussels, potatoes, corn, and a dessert. This was my first time with this restaurant, and I was really disappointed. When you eat the shrimp, you instantly know it’s spoiled and tasteless. The potatoes were the same. I didn’t try the corn because I was discouraged. Only the black mussels seemed okay. Maybe they were relying on the sauce to mask the fact that the shrimp was poorly preserved and almost inedible, but that didn’t work. Since the store was already closed, I couldn’t go back to complain, but honestly, this isn’t normal. It was a complete waste of money.

I love the experience: no forks, no knives, no plates and tasty food…. Seafood is great. Sausages, however, are average….
The fries were just regular, the fried brownie was weird but the Dungeness crab! My God, amazing! The hot and juicy sauce is the best I’ve had so far and the crab was cooked perfectly! Will definitely be back.

My girlfriend and i come here 2-3 times a month. For the most part , our waiter is Kevin. He's amazing. Very attentive and on top of everything! He's very patient and great to keep conversations with. Unfortunately i didnt have the best experience the last time i went. It was with a different person and i was only attended for ordering and getting the food. I had to flag them down for the check after waiting over 20 min. We wanted to order more items but didn't have the chance to . We'll be coming back and i hope the other employees attend us better. Anyways thanks Kev for always being kind ??

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Hot N Juicy in Falls Church. I dined at the restaurant on September 1st and, unfortunately, suffered food poisoning shortly after, resulting in severe vomiting and diarrhea. On September 4th, I spoke with the manager, who assured me that I would receive a refund. However, as of today, no refund has been issued. When I followed up with the restaurant, I was informed that the manager had quit, and there seemed to be no record of my refund request.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and unwell. I should not be expected to pay for a meal that made me sick. Despite reaching out to corporate for assistance, I have yet to receive any resolution.
I hope that Hot N Juicy will take this matter seriously and provide the necessary refund for the meal. The lack of follow-up and communication is unacceptable, and I urge them to ensure that such situations do not happen again.

I always Order for carry-out and lately I been disappointed. My crawfish and green muscle were so dry and barely any sauce. Most of my crawfish were dead and I know that is because when I was eating it. It was gray and mushy. Overall, I love this place but they can do better than this. This isn’t the first time but this is my first review.
