Ice Cream Jubilee - West Falls Church

The ice cream was freezer burned and the staff rude. I left feeling very disrespected and like a burden because I asked for 2 samples and then took a minute to make up my mind on what I wanted. I could hear the annoyance in her voice and she kept signing in frustration. After I asked to sample the second flavor, I was told it was the last one. I understand that it might seem like some people are just trying to get freebies but as a pickier eater trying a new place with unique flavors for the first time, sampling is important when I’m about to spend $7 on a scoop of ice cream.

Be CAREFUL: The shop manager/owner is aggressive. He was parked in the road (single lane, no parking, fire lane). I honked once and he proceeds to get out of his car and screamed at me and my wife that he was unloading for his business and he could park there for over two minutes. The manager wouldn't move so I had to drive in the busy bike lane. Would not recommend visiting if those are the values of hospitality this shop.

I stepped into this delightful store, greeted by Marshe and Delisha. They transformed it into more than just another ice cream experience ; it became an inviting atmosphere. Even after learning from the Manager, Jess, that their ice cream is locally sourced, I felt a sense of pride knowing that the community supports this pillar of our town. Thank you, wonderful people for making my first visit so pleasant and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at the new Ice Cream Jubilee in Falls Church! The shop has a fun, welcoming vibe, and the ice cream is seriously delicious — so many unique and creative flavors. I also had a really pleasant conversation with an employee named Jess, who was kind, helpful, and made the visit even more enjoyable. I love that they’re already getting involved in the community — I saw them at the recent Summer Bash event, which was such a nice touch. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Just found our new favorite ice cream store in Falls Church! They make your perfectly sized waffle cone right in front of your eyes and it's delicious! The ice cream is even better--tried Mango Sticky Rice coconut. Yum!! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Coming back for more!!

My friends and I were visiting from out of state and staying at the hotel next door. We stopped by to try some ice cream, and it was delicious! I had the chocolate chocolate—it was very rich and flavorful. The staff was friendly, and the bathrooms were clean. Great experience all around!

I had an amazing experience at Ice Cream Jubilee! I tried the pistachio flavor and it was absolutely delicious—so rich and full of flavor. Big shoutout to the wonderful team: Jess, Delesha, Amelia, and Arturo. They were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great service and even better ice cream!
