The man working at 10pm on Sunday, October 27th is the rudest customer service member in the entire universe. We asked a few questions regarding the menu and he told us too bad that we had these questions and that we didn’t know what we wanted yet. He was extremely unfriendly and the rudest person and did not offer any help whatsoever. Don’t ever visit this place it’s extremely vile in this establishment. Someone should take this man to manner school because I learned manners in second grade and he is probably 30 years old. This place is unsettling and I will never come back in my entire life. Fire this man.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The premises were filthy, and I was unable to find yogurt ice cream, which was the primary reason for our visit. Unfortunately, both my son and I experienced diarrhea after eating here. It seems the place is poorly maintained and possibly abandoned, as the restroom was also unsanitary. Also, the location depicted in the image is no longer accurate. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to address these serious issues.

Staff said they have not sold yogurt in over a year despite the name, only once cream was available. It was empty on a Friday night, not a good sign.

Super??.....the guy who worked yesterday, Monday, August 19, is super friendly, he knew how to handle the situation with the group of people who was with me, of course we will return to the place to continue trying the other crepes, roll ice cream, shakes and boba tea me and my friends are very satisfied with the treatment and the desserts blessings for the boy and the restaurant we will return soon we are 100% happy

Customer service is not good. The person who was here today 09/13/2024 treated us very poorly, with a very unfriendly attitude.

The guy working on the night shift of July 14 was highly rude disrespectful and dismissive. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any bubble tea location in falls church or beyond please stay away for your own good

They are extremely rude to the customers and act like they’d rather be anywhere else. On top of that they charge you for utensils. If you want a lack luster and rude experience this is the place for you.

I was craving something sweet after dinner and found this spot open til 10pm! I was so happy. I ordered the Banana ice cream roll which came with vanilla ice cream, Nutella, and bananas for less than $10. The guy who made it did such an awesome job! I'll definitely come back here again.
