I walked in, wanting a yogurt or ice cream. Was never greeted by the older Asian man leaning with his arm pit in the mostly empty ice cream area. I asked for yogurt. He barked out "No yogurt! Got rid of that long time ago." and went back to watching the program on his phone. I thanked him. He said nothing. I left. I won't be back.

No menu. Empty ice cream tubs. I left without making a purchase.

We just wanted some cracker jacks and we were turned down because of online orders. I said I would wait until he was finished with his orders but he said no. Never going back there.

There was nobody working there and the lights were out at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday, despite having an “open” sign lit up in their window.

I actually really like their pop waffles. The one we had was quite good( Oreo) However the state of the bathroom put me off. It was stinky and obviously not just from a recent visit. But from being unkept for a long time. After that I started noticing other things. Some surfaces I would clean if I was working there. In addition they need some new chairs and I would not recommend white. I hope they start taking more care in deep cleaning those areas. I did like the waffle and you get a lot of toppings for a decent price. However cleanness is very important to me. Especially in a place I eat.

Man... I just went here with my girlfriend recently, and have to say I was super disappointed. The two of us went in on a Sunday night, and were super pleased about the way it was set up! It felt homey and smelled sweet upon entering. After looking through a HUGE menu, we decided to get regular milkshakes as everything else seemed like... a lot. I decided on the almond butter milkshake and my girlfriend decided to get an oreo. Both came out to around 16$. Upon first sips, very unimpressed. The almond butter milkshake was very loose, almost watery, and the flavor was very nutty and lacked a lot of the sweetness I expected it to have. My girlfriend's oreo milkshake was also loose, but tasted a bit better in terms of flavor. As two people who aren't from the Falls Church area, we were excited to try a new place, but I'm not sure i'd ever return to iCream Yogurt & Crepe, nor would I recommend it to anyone :/

I think the interior design has changed a lot since it opened until now, there are so many changes that make this place no longer look aesthetically

Worst boba I've ever had. Definitely don't order tea from here. The honey boba was clearly old, was hard, and had a horrible flavor. I drank around the bubbles but the tea itself was awful. I got a fruit flavored oolong tea but I couldn't taste the tea or fruit flavors at all. It tasted like straight sugar. It had an artificial taste as well, like it was just syrup. I couldn't finish after a few sips. I like my tea sweet so I never ask for it less sweet, but this was ridiculous.I also tried a crepe and it was good, but nothing amazing. It had a cute atmosphere but it smelled bad, like an artificial sweetness that made me nauseous. Again I love sweet things but this was too much.

i have a lot to say.. honestly kinda a dirty environment despite all of the decorations. one of the workers was just openly vaping in the store and even made eye contact with me while vaping. if this business wants to see some success then i'd recommend having teenagers working the store to make it seem like a more welcoming place and it would match the cute theme they're trying to go for with the decor. old men running the store honestly just kills the vibe. the crepe? they were alright. why are there sprinkles instead of powdered sugar? the sprinkles seriously ruined the whole thing and made each bite crunchy and taste artificial. place could use tons of improvements.

This place means serious business - their menu measures about 17 x 10 inches, offering about 100 menu items (no exaggeration here) the categories are of rolled ice cream, waffles, smoothies, sundaes, entrees, boba drinks, etc etc they are also open until 11pm when they know it’s prime time for those sweet tooth cravings. Be ready for a long wait. There are 3 people who were taking care of orders, making the item, walking them to the tables. But even with 3 people, their service is so slow, I’d give 2 stars. For the pictures versus what is actually served, well that’s a 2 stars as well. My friends ordered crepe with strawberries and bananas and macaron (which they ran out of) and butterfly pea tea which they also didn’t have. This place is mediocre at best.

Very pretty place with nice atmosphere, the staff was nice. only thing, the Rolled ice cream wasn't that great. We got the banana and Oreo rolls. Most of it was watery whipped cream, the flavors did not mech well. I wanted to like it- as I live closer to this place than other rolled ice cream places. But yea...
