Been here for 2 hours waiting for my food and then when the food got to the table it was cold. Prior to waiting 2 hours for my food I had waited about 30 minutes for someone to come and take my order. I had to send back the food was waiting for about 30 minutes then one of the supervisors saw our table and had an expression of “we forgot that table” or “they haven’t gotten there food” kinda look. He came and explained that he’s shift was over and that a different manager was in charge. The manager came towards our table and admitted that they had messed up and had thrown our food away. Honestly this is not the first or second time this has happened. I come here often with friends and family and it was a bad experience here. Not only that but the manager said that they were gonna put our food to go so we could take it. When we had came here for a reason to eat here and enjoy some quality time with our loved ones. Honestly bad bad bad service. You can also tell that the food had been ready for a while but was just left there to be forgotten, the sauce for my pancakes was already dry.

I had an incredible experience at this IHOP today, not just because of the food, but because of the amazing staff. I accidentally left my phone on the table, and I was frantic when I realized it was missing. The server was so honest and proactive, making sure it was handed over to management immediately. The manager was extremely professional and helpful, keeping it safe and helping me verify everything when I returned. It’s rare to find such an honest and kind team. I’m so grateful for their integrity—they definitely turned my day around!

I ordered a big steak omelet, filled with meat, hashbrowns and other ingredients, but it had FAR MORE hashbrowns than anything else. I told that i was not satisfied with it and the waitress kindly offered to inform whoever was in charge right away, but when she returned, she simply said they already knew but they didn’t offer any further explanation or even an apology. The waitress, however, mentioned that there was a new cook in charge of preparing the omelets, who was still in training, so she assumed that might be the reason the omelet wasn't properly prepared. She apologized and brought me the bill with the full price. I had expected some kind of discount or something made by the people in charge.
Came to pick up a doordash and I kept calling the worker but I guess he's allowed to sleep on the job
