Janet at the Arlington Blvd IHOP was so good to us as a family. She checked on us over and over, and we really enjoyed the food. She also gave my daughter some amazing advise on High school life and she really loved it… the strawberry pancakes are just wow 🤩

This is our local IHOP and it's become a regular feature of our weekends. Sebel is a terrific waitress who has memorized or regular orders and always welcomes us with a hug and a smile. We've become friends with other regular diners and it really feels like a community here.
I had a very disappointing experience with Soledad. I waited over 40 minutes for her to bring me my check, but she never came to my table. During that time, she assisted other guests around me, yet continued to ignore my request. It felt like I was being overlooked on purpose. On top of that, her attitude came across as low-key rude, which made the situation even worse. This experience left me feeling frustrated and unvalued as a customer.

Amazing place to eat I love the food here it’s a very good choice to come with family. My favorite breakfast meal here is the french toast with banana. There’s great staff like for example Tamara’s assistance is extraordinary she’s always at the front desk with a smile on her face! Overall the atmosphere here is amazing with great staff!
