Horrible customer service. Went in for the first time, and NEVER Again. Asked the guy is their Dragonfruit drink is sour, and he just been RuDe with Attittude. Feel bad if he is part of the Mangement team- No wonder there is No Customers while he is ThERE.

Oreo milk tea was horrible. No friendly faces more like I need a new life. Also stale Oreos were used in the milktea. Don’t recommend the Oreo milktea or any other thing

First impression, we weren't really greeted with a friendly welcome. The guy was very mellow and low energy and just didn't seem to want to be there. He also really wasn't all that helpful with the menu. I ended up choosing the House Blend Milk Tea with Boba which is supposed to be a mix of all the teas. Idk it sounded good but I'm not sure what exactly it was lol. The tea just tasted a bit weird overall and had a soapy taste, not sure how to describe it. The boba was also hard which didn't help. The store was cute but I felt kind of off with the vibes and awkward service. We also ordered some Calamari which was surprisingly cheap for only $5. They were small but still not bad. However, I probably wouldn't be back here.

This place sucks. Ordered the taro milk tea with boba (one of their specialties). 75% of the drink was just the taro powder not mixed into the drink. So gross. What a waste of $7

I left before I could even order...went around 7p on a Monday, the place was empty. I had already looked at the menu online but wanted a plain milk tea (lai Cha), and couldn't see the option online. I asked the young guy that I wanted the strongest black tea-milk tea and he immediately said he didn't know what I mean, ok...I just want a strong black tea-milk tea or Hong Kong style milk tea but before I could even finish the sentence he interrupted saying 'I don't know what you mean'. I don't think he was even listening, and was clearly not interested in helping so I left right away, no need to waste time there. No doubt that what they offer is good however, basic customer service training and basic manners are urgently needed at this establishment.

No wonder why this place is a dead zone. Should have been a sign to walk out. It's 1Pm on a hot sunny day and not a single soul in the store. The guy at the front needs customer service training. He seems bothered to have a customer and his tone was very unwelcoming . I had him cancel the order and just took my kids and walked out. With so many milk, tea shops in the area especially at seven corners you would think they would be nicer. Never returning ever, I rather drive an extra three minutes to Eden Center and go to Tea DM which has always been extremely nice and professional .

I go here because it's super close to me but to be honest, it would not be on my top list for the best bubble tea in the area. The bubble tea is definitely not bad, but there's just something slightly off about the flavor every time I go. Kung Fu Tea is still king in the area in my opinion. But still, this Infini-Tea is not a bad option if you're in the area and want something nearby.

I've been coming here for a few months and have tried several of the teas and they're all good but my favorite is the Tiger Milk Tea it's sooo good. My husband likes the Blue Mist and I think there is a Pink Mist if you're partial to sour/strong flavored drinks.

Haven't been here in awhile and there wasn't any reason til I revisited there location and look what I've spotted! Yes, the classic unsanitary conditions that are at some of these nice food spots in Annandale/falls Church. I don't know about you however I wouldn't give any business to a place that doesn't care about being clean especially of this day in age.

I’m leaving a review because my visits lately haven’t been all that great , I usually get a passion fruit juice and I always get the jellies in it which is a the best part! , however lately the young boy that does the cashiering and taking orders isn’t that friendly , if I’m spending my $ here why is it always a problem when I ask for anything extra ? He always has a attitude as if he doesn’t want to be there and serve customers and I am thinking about taking my business else where .

Don't see why it got high rating. Tea tasted ok, nothing spectacular. The guy at the counter was so unfriendly, unwelcome, turned us off. Does not have a good customer skill. What the heck, they charged us 2.99% if we used our credit card. They passed the CC fee to consumers. This is terrible businesses model.
