Java Loco Coffee & Bubble Tea - Tysons Station

I am a regular there, I have been going for 3 years. I always pay extra and never get extra topping, even when i ask after they show me and i request extra, they still give me a hard time. This is a continuous behavior, staff is rude, unwelcoming, and very silent when asking a question or no response to a question.

My wife and I live in the neighborhood behind the shopping plaza and have enjoyed the lattes, bubble tea, and food from here. There have been times where the quality of the bubble tea would vary (off taste, boba either being too soft, too hard, or also having an off taste), but overall it was good. However, we’ve started to notice a dip in quality with the bubble tea (strange aftertaste in the tea; again, inconsistent quality in boba). It’s possible that there may be some associates who are newer and may need additional training, but we would like to keep coming here due to the convenience and nice atmosphere.

Love getting boba at Java Loco! My family’s favorite local boba spot. Great selection of teas and coffees plus snacks, pastries, and sandwiches if you’re hungry too.

I love their Vietnamese coffee topped with boba. The service is quick, and the coffee is always perfect—not watered down with ice like at other places. I appreciate that I can adjust the sweetness level based on my preference, which is great. Since their coffee is STRONG, if you've already had a cup during the day, you might want to slow down a bit; otherwise, you’ll be fully caffeinated!

I like Java loco, however the customer service is awful. I asked the employee at the register how they were doing and if they liked a specific beverage on the menu and their response was yea, very dry and unfriendly. I like their food and drinks but service not great. The coffee smoothie is pretty good though. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

Employee was extremely nice unfortunately coffee was terrible I bought a coffee for almost 10 dollars and tossed it out . Coffee tasted burnt and old super disappointing .

Coffee tasted stale

The establishment presents an aesthetically pleasing environment. The sandwiches and pastries are of high quality. A midday visit to procure coffee for myself and my husband proved to be a positive experience. Initial consumption of the beverages and sandwiches yielded a favorable impression. We anticipate returning.

This place is great. Their food is good, the people are kind, and it’s so easy to order. It’s one of the few places you can just call and order ahead, instead of needing an app to do everything. Thank god for that.

This coffee shop was good I always come almost everyday spend money and I like them but today I just feel so upset I order my ice coffee by mistake to hot coffee the customer service don’t repair for me to ice coffee I was so upset just 1 coffee I pay for $9.43 not good at all

I genuinely love this place. I’ve come a few times, and the atmosphere, kind service, food, and drinks are superb. I usually come here to study because they play jazz music and it’s quiet.

Frankly, it feels like a hidden gem and I’d like to keep it that way 😂 for any new comers, don’t come in here screaming! I like the vibes the way they are! Please and thank you.
