Food was okay. However, the service was terrible.
Bathroom was in poor working order, with a non-functional paper towel dispenser.
For a table of two, the food came out in a stupid sequence. One person's ramen bowl came out first. Then, the two appetizers trickled out one at a time. Finally, after about 10 minutes, the other person's ramen bowl came out.
The most annoying part was the payment. The credit card system was apparently down. Attempts to pay through Zelle and Venmo failed. The manager was apparently not on-site, and the poor waitress had to deal with all of these issues, needing to constantly text and call the manager every step of the way. We ended up having to run across the street to withdraw money from an ATM (with a surcharge), and paid in cash. The cash register did not have single dollar bills, so we ended up being forced to tip, despite the horrendous service.

Pretty decent but not amazing, especially for the price.
I’d also recommend sticking to the core menu and staying away from adding extras - you don’t get a lot for what you pay, eg, the extra roast beef is literally 2 extra paper thin slices.
Service is friendly but didn’t really check in much, especially given how not-busy it was. Overall a very middling experience and value. Probably an ok option for take-out if you stick to the core menu.

I visited this restaurant today with my 3-year-old son, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the start, the waitress tried to seat us in the very back, which felt like we were being hidden away. When I asked for a different table, I was told I couldn’t sit at a larger one and was directed to a small table instead.
I also noticed how differently other customers were treated. White and Asian customers were greeted warmly and told goodbye when they left, but we didn’t even receive a simple “hello” or “goodbye.”
To make matters worse, I ordered plain noodles with garlic sauce for my son. The sauce never came, yet I was still charged $15 for the noodles alone. Despite this, I left a 40% tip—not for the service, but as a final gesture since I won’t be returning.
For a brand-new restaurant, this behavior is unacceptable. Unless they make serious changes, I don’t see this place staying open for long.

This one of the best ramen I ever had. Definitely ordering more often. Recommend 100% without doughs.
With all the high ratings I figured this place must be great, right? Meh. Walked in with 3 kids behind the counter and a sign saying “please wait to be seated”. I stood there for a bit while they chatted amongst themselves before seating myself at the counter. Staff were polite and prompt after that.
First, prices were insane. $17 for tonkotsu ramen is highway robbery, but maybe they have a ton of toppings in the quality is amazing. Nope. Three basic topping and they are not generous. Chashu was mediocre at best and the broth was really bland. I tried flavoring it up with garlic, but they only have dry flaked garlic, which is very unbecoming of a ramen restaurant (fresh should be the default for this price). In sum, this should have been a $9 bowl at most. It is not that it was inedible, it was just way over priced for the quality. But the straw the breaks the camels back were the noodles. They have a soba offering which appears to be their niche, but I ordered the ramen and they used them same buckwheat noodles. Ramen noodles should be wheat, not buckwheat (soba), so it was disappointing to say the least.

Food was pretty good, fried oysters however was a bit of watery and tasted frozen. The noodles were great, definitely the go to dish to have at this restaurant. The Japanese fried chicken was ok. Really soft and not crispy. Service I had was lacklustre. Our server didn’t really appear except to give us the dishes.

Loved the noodles, not the proteins so much so I think tofu my go to, and the goyza had a great mouth feel before the bite (then pretty normal goyza).
This is the best ramen I’ve had in this country ever, rivals even some of ramen shops in Japan!

The place was nice and clean and the service was pretty decent. Upon arrival they had me spin a prize wheel and gave me a free reusable bag. I ordered the niku misu ramen and it was my first time trying a soupless ramen. Miso flavor was decent and portion size was perfect. I wish the noodles came with a spoon though so I could slurp up all the sauce and minced pork
