I went with my family to have breakfast around 11am. The restaurant was not very crowded, there were still seats, service was fast and cheerful. When I ate beef noodle soup, it was very delicious, sometimes even better than some places in Vietnam.

We came in with 4 people and they sat us in the corner it was empty restaurant and I kindly ask if they can move me of next table. The girl waitress without thinking said no that table is for 7 people. Mind me not I use to work in restaurants and this table has two tables which they can easily move the table to split it into two but she didn’t budge. I didn’t argue and stayed at our table. Why I put this one star which I normally never do? 5 minutes in she let two guys sit there at a seven person table. That is beyond rude to me. I blame for the owner for not teaching their employee hospitality. Sorry pho was good hate to give this place a bad review food is really good but sorry they need to update their staff members

**Warning: Do Not Come Here!**
I have been to this place to eat three times. The food is decent and suits my taste. However, the owner and staff are terrible and disrespectful to customers. I know they are a family, but that does not excuse their lack of respect.
The first time I went, I left with a 15% tip for two meals. The second time, when paying, the owner asked me, "Do you want to tip?" I know tipping is optional, not mandatory, so I replied that I had left cash tips on the table. I found it very rude to ask such a question.
Today was the last time I will come here. When I sat down, the table smelled bad, and the sauce bowl still had remnants of dish soap. The portion was also smaller compared to before (I usually have Bun Bo Hue). I know they prefer cash because it helps them avoid taxes, so I paid in cash.
I was already unhappy with the owner's attitude from the previous visit, so I did not leave a tip this time. As Im waiting for the owner to take the money, the waiter came up and whispered to him that I did not leave a tip. After paying the exact amount and turning to leave, the owner called me back and asked, "Why didn't you tip?" I replied that tipping is a optional. The waiter yelled at me, "don't come back, just get takeout." As I walked away, the owner yelled, "Don't come back!"
I am very disappointed!

Chicken soup is good. But the chicken portion is anything but bones barely edible. Recommend to give it a try but I will not return.

My ultimate go-to spot for Bún Mắm and Bún Bò Huế noodle soup. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic Vietnamese noodle soup. ?

If you can look past customer service and owner's attitude, then you will be able to enjoy the food which taste good. Pho broth is flavorful. You almost don't need to season it with anything else. I personally like the hot chili oil so that was a plus.

The best pho in all of DMV. I eat here almost every week. I tried pho in Rockville, DC and multiple other places for 20 years - this pho is Authentic with real bone broth! No other pho in Eden center can compare to this place, don’t let the odd reviews fool you about the quality of this

I always crave a Bun Bo Hue, and this one was the best I’ve ever had. The broth was flawless, noodles perfect and so very much meat inside! We also had the meatballs pho and the chicken pho, which were both amazing. The place is inside the little mall in Eden Center. Many great restaurants around but this is a solid choice. Very down to earth, efficient and nice. Loved everything!

The food was okay but the owner's attitude is disrespectful. He double charged my card and threw the receipt at us. Even though there was a toothpick in our bowl, we were kind enough to tip them in the end and the owner never said sorry for treating us that way. Never come back to this place again!
