Latino Chicken Place

I do not recommend this place, terrible customer service to start with, expensive food and not even good, the lomo saltado was ordered and it was more potatoes and it shows nothing more than meat, it is not useful. I will never come to that place again in my life.

I have been visiting here for a few weeks now for lunch, as there aren’t many options in the area. I have gotten the same order each time and honestly the chicken is very dry and flavorless, I tried it a few times thinking I got a bad batch, but no. Dry every time. I never eat inside of the restaurant because its outdated and not welcoming. I will NOT be visiting this restaurant ever again because the woman that work there were so rude to me today. My experience from this restaurant is, if you do not look like them and speak their language, they are rude to you.

I recommend to the owner that they hire staff with good customer service because they didn't serve me because of this fight between them and I always buy there but with that type of service I can't

Poor customer service, I found an eyelash in my rice and asked politely if I could just get another side and I received no sorry. The rice was thrown out and given to me new on the same plate. The ladies use flip flops while working in the kitchen and can’t even serve you properly at your table.

The food was mediocre. Lacked flavor, seasoning, and texture. It pretty much tasted like it was frozen and heated up afterwards. The interior of the restaurant is out of date. They had no high chairs for babies. I don’t recommend eating here.

Terrible food snd service me andy family are muslim fasting and we got a whole chicken with 2 sides the food had HAIR and once we complained the manager said we will give you discount, WOW discount on my next order not a refund or exchange DISCOUNT they didnt not want to give me the manager information or owner number, very very disappointed and SAD dont buy from them
