We love Ledo's pizza. Usually, we get takeout from the Falls Church location every Friday. We love the taste of their pizza. The buttery crust, melted cheese and thick pepperoni slices make for a truly unique and enjoyable experience. On top of that, the service is always great, and the staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend it.

I ordered pizza and Italian salad. I was very disappointed with salad because it was not fresh at all. I almost felt like it was made for someone else for several hours ago and reprepared for me. It was really bad. The bread that came with salad ( it is inside of the salad) was quite hard, again not so attractive. The pizza was so so. I isually enjoy their food. But not this time.

Not a good visit this evening. We always come to this location and for years no issues. But we ordered an 18 inch pepperoni pizza, it was hard as a rock.. called and spoke with a male, had to bring pizza back and we don’t live close… got a new pizza was hard again… he said this is how it usually is, no it’s not. His customer service was awful. I also got a steak and cheese and normally it’s great, the lettuce on it was brown, and clearly not good, even at physical appearance. You lost a good customer.

The Intern: I have been going here for about 2 years and have gotten great pizza and wings. We went there and got home to eat. My brother loves wings and was taking a bite of one when he saw that there was already a bite taken out. He immediately stopped and we couldn’t eat any wings. We got there to complain and the front desk helper tried to defend her case, but poorly. She told us that the manager will call us in three days. but we have never gotten a call back and it’s been almost 5 months now.

I’ve been going here for about 16 years now. I always love seeing the open bar atmosphere. I crave and enjoy the mushroom pizza with my family after work and on rare occasions I dine in this establishment as well. Overall I love the taste of Ledo pizza, it’s one of my favorites. My only con is this place gets busy and one time we received the wrong carry out order. Which we were later given a makeup pizza for the mishap. I hate to end the review on a negative note, because truthfully this place is peak quality on just about all levels.
