Multiple experiences here and the food is pretty good, but the online ordering/pickup time estimation is WAY OFF. Most all restaurants these days have an automatic text message sent to notify you that your order is ready. It shouldn't be that hard to have this option in 2024 for a restaurant in a high income area like this.I was told after placing order that it was 35 minutes. I walked in 25 minutes after placing the order, and my order was on the shelf, with only a hare of heat on it! After a 5 minute drive back to my hotel and opening the boxes, this food was made in less than 5 minutes and was at least a half hour stale and cooled off.I'll still eat here, but will wait inside immediately after placing my order. And I did tip on my takeout order, but I got some real side eye from the cashier when I didn't tip on buying a rice Krispy treat. Tried twice to get a tip on it.. I already left one that wasn't even really deserved.Parking: Parking lot is very tight and frequently packed.

The Hawaiian pizza and wings were very good. Service this night was slow as there was only one server on duty. She did her best, though the kitchen didn't help her out, at least with our order, which took nearly 40 minutes. This is unusual here, though. They are usually attentive and quick.

I don't leave reviews, but after long consideration, I have to for the managers to know what I encountered. I have dined in and ordered to go. However, after seeing multiple died flies in my pizza box, I cannot stomach ordering from this location again. Further, they are highly under staffed (or poorly trained) and you have to practically raise your hand to get someone's attention. Wake up or you're going to go out of business!

Ledo Pizza has really gone down hill the past few years. The restaurant is very dirty and the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. After being there for about an hour, I was still waiting for someone to take my food order because service was so slow. Once I was able to order, the food came out incorrectly. I gave up after that and had to find somewhere else in falls church to eat. Do not recommend.

The experience overall was terrible. The restaurant was not clean, the restaurant allowed smokers to hang out by the front door which flowed into the dining room, and the pizza was super greasy and gave us all stomach aches. This is one of the worst pizza experiences in recent memory. We would NOT recommend Ledo’s. If we could give them negative stars, we would.
