It’s true, customer service is really awful here. And it’s not the cleanest either. I would rather order coffee fromCalifornia and get it shipped to my door. Banh mi dc sandwich is a whole lot better.

Terrible service, the front desk staff was touching the bread with their bare hands. The bread was thrown around the ambiance of the costumer interaction makes you not want to return again.

The things they sell are honestly expensive and not worth it. A few months ago when we had gone to purchase some items a cashier literally sneezed on it as well, and their attitude towards customers is mid.

If I gave this store 0 stars, the owner talked to customers rudely + the seller asked if there was any bread today, so why? Received the answer from the shop owner: bad luck ??=> so close down and relearn how to run business like America, if you sell it, you'll deliver bread that's as old as a rock. If you say no, even say sorry, customers still complain. You have to eat it right away... So Chi make it and eat it yourselfI don't understand why people like this woman are still in the world

$18 for a tiny piece of chicken on a crusty small sub roll (with tiny bag of chips and a canned drink)? Really? Lots of good, interesting Asian food for sale, but if you're just looking for a basic American sandwich, don't come here! Service was also very chaotic and confusing... not a good experience for us!!Vegetarian options: Lots of Vietnamese food options...

If you are one of those people who says "When it comes to Banh Mi, it's all about the bread" then this place is for you. The bread is spectacular and while I cannot speak to the meat ingredients, the veggie banh mi is full of good stuff. This place isn't convenient to my home, but I look for an excuse to go about once a month. Thank you Lee's!

I'm glad there is a Lees here. Can't compare with OC or Vegas, but just knowing there's one in the area is cool enough. Buy 2, get 1 free ice coffee and buy 5 get 1 free banh mi like they have everywhere else. I always get the same thing either way. Different vibe here but again, just glad I can get my fix if needed

Fresh banh mi sandwiches on daily fresh baked baguette! We love coming here to order family meal and its buy 5 get one free! Our go to sandwich is the special combo. The service and staff are always consistent.

Iced coffee is a ripoff. $6 for a cup full of ice and a splash of coffee! Unclean tables. Rude staff. ?

I used to frequent this shop despite a few unpleasant experiences with their customer service, or even with the quality of their products. Can’t do that again today since you’re not only dealing with bad customer service, but horrible customers with no mannerism. People will just randomly cut in line to buy “few” items. Worse than that, the employees allow that behavior by serving them first. I don’t have a problem yielding only if they ask. Today, they just lost a customer who was about to spend $100 by serving someone else that cut in front of me to buy one plain baguette. I’ll rather drive a little further to DC sandwich from now on.
