The restaurant is closed at this location. I had a large party and Open Table sent confirmation day before. Poor quality control on Open Table's part. Was embarrassing to scramble for another location for a business lunch.

The server forget a lot of parts of our order even after requesting our side. Meat was on our vegetarian nachos when we requested one with meat and one without. She had issues with putting in our order which I think was part of the problem. Not worth the cost.

Tried it based on recommendations, and really expected more. Food was okay, but it was not fantastic. The turkey was dry and flavor wasn't distributed well, and the pulled pork was also very dry. Mac n cheese was okay, but wasn't note worthy. Hubby had the brisket and said it was okay but again wasn't overly impressed.

Mid at best. The food is edible at least. Not necessarily good or worth going out for. Mac and cheese is bad (I'm a mac and cheese connoisseur). Service was fine. Wouldn't

Visiting from out of town. Found this spot on Instagram and we’re so glad we did. Fast service, great food and fun atmosphere. Fried chicken sandwich is highly recommended.

The food was very flavorful and served right away. Staff did a great job. Plenty of parking. I would come back.

I wanted to try some bbq and I just moved to Vienna. Someone suggested looking in Falls Church for BBQ. Liberty BBQ came up.Yum! The brisket was delicious and the Mac n cheese was good. Definitely satisfied my barbecue craving and will be coming back!

Food was great, but the service really stood out. Drinks were constantly refilled and food came out super fast. Price was to be expected for the area and for bbq.

The outside seating is a real plus, as indoors can get quite loud. The food is always terrific, although the portions quite large. While most folks would not say that is a negative, I hate to think how much food waste is generated by the people who do not take home the leftovers...

Food sucks. Sorry, not going to sugarcoat it. Your beans should be baked, not pinto. Your mac n cheese, brisket, and pork belly were bland and tasted like they were reheated. Overall, I will not be returning.

Perfect lunch. Sat at the end of a long quiet bar. Brisket was not dry yet not crazy moist. Bork belly was tender enough to cut it with the side of your fork with little pressure. Of the two, I’d say the pork belly was best.

The location looks nice and kinda upscale, beautiful decor and ambiance. The food was a little dry and under-seasoned. My friend got the ribs, brisket, and Mac & cheese. He ate about a quarter of it because it was dry and lackluster. In contrast, my Field Greens Salad was very refreshing and sauced well. The pulled pork came unsauced (how many people prefer), and I liked the consistency but it needed more seasoning. There were 3 unmarked sauces on the table but one was straight mustard, one straight vinegar, and the third was a good blend of sweet & tangy.Wouldn't return, but I don't think it would take much to make this place a lot better.

What happened? The previous dinner was delicious and everyone departed full and happy. Today, my half rack of pork ribs was comparable to that dried jerky sold in convenience stores. It was obviously cooked long ago and spent hours under the heat lamp. Honestly, my knife was incapable of penetrating some of the less attractive (i.e., blackened) rib meat, which was tactfully hidden under some semi-moist, flavorless ribs from another cut of pork. Plus, they don't have Tabasco Sauce....aaaarrrrggghhh! As we exited, my spouse summed it up nicely: "We don't have to go there anymore." [drop mike]

Atmosphere was nice, employees were friendly and efficient, service was nice, food was disappointing. I had the Double, which is your choice of two 1/4 pound smoked meats and two sides. I had 2 rib bones, brisket and double collard greens. The brisket was tough, chewy and dry, obviously way over cooked. Ribs were dry, tasteless; meat did not easily separate from the bone, obviously overcooked like the brisket. The greens were meh, had some kick, complementary pickles helped; but overall, just ok.I dined here several years ago and enjoyed my meal, sadly things have changed.

I stopped into Liberty Barbecue for an early dinner midweek and ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich with crispy Brussels sprouts on the side. The food was delicious and the service was quick and helpful. It wasn't crowded which was nice.
