Pho was good, meat was great quality, but broth flavor is on the lighter side and I personally prefer heavier, more flavorful broth but still not bad. Roasted quail and frog legs were very good, I highly recommend them!
We were visiting DC and staying at a nearby hotel when we happened to come across this restaurant. We ordered the spring rolls, pho, and shaking beef — the food was absolutely delicious and surprisingly impressive. The owner was also incredibly friendly, making us feel very comfortable, just like being at home. We will definitely come back the next time we’re in town!
We were in search of bún chả and this pace did not disappoint. I tried the Đậu Hũ + Nam Rom Kho Tiêu (caramelized mushroom and tofu in clay pot with a side of steamed jasmine rice) and, now, am left waiting for the next opportunity to order the same dish.
