This location was a step above!
Granted, it was Mother's Day and they say it's right away(calling ahead was the difference). Everything was amazing. The waitress and manager were engaging! The manager mentioned he is taking a position at another LongHorn and they are getting excellence! There is a difference when you feel the care little put into their work!

I visited LongHorn Steakhouse and enjoyed the food, especially the T-bone steak was cooked perfectly medium-well.
However, the service was absolutely poor. They forgot bread knife, lemon for water, ketchup, and delayed bringing silverware for 10 minutes after the salad arrived. There were also no check-ups on water refills or anything.
