The food was incredible! It was my first time dining there, and I was impressed by menu items I haven't seen at other Thai restaurants like Duck Rolls and Coconut Ice Cream hot fudge sundaes. I’ll definitely be returning!

Solid, cheap thai place. Not sure about authenticity and they seem to use a lot of pepper! Had a nice drunken noodle and it wasn't spicy for me at all. And had tomyum soup, wonton soup and their special Christmas fried chicken. Tastes good and cheap.

This is the best thai restaurant in NoVA, owned by such a lovely family, who also used to own Happy Thai near Mosaic. We know because we used to go to Happy Thai all the time but since the owner change it wasn’t the same. Through luck we learned that the owner family actually owned this restaurant first! We were ecstatic and indeed, it was the familiar taste that we remember from Happy Thai 2-3 yrs ago!

Lucky Thai has been our go-to Thai spot for years. Even though we no longer live in the area, we always make a point to order takeout from Lucky Thai whenever we’re in Falls Church. Some of our favorite dishes include pad see ew, red and green curry, pineapple fried rice, and papaya salad, to name a few. Everything we’ve tried from the menu has been fantastic. The team at Lucky Thai is incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel like we’re dining in a family’s home. The attached photo isn’t the best, but it’s our most recent one. We forgot to take a picture before eating because the food is just that good. Already looking forward to visiting again!

Stopped in for a quick lunch and decided to try the chicken pad Thai with potstickers lunch special.
The pad Thai was so salty and strange, it was as though the chef just poured fish sauce onto it at the very end (there was literally liquid under my noodles). I ate as much as I could but it wasn't very enjoyable. It also didn't have that slightly sweet component that pad Thai sometimes does.
The two potstickers that came with my lunch special were good though. The only saving grace in my meal.
Sadly, I won't be back.

I went alone to get dinner (pineapple fried rice and tom ka soup) and took home tofu drunken noodles for my dad and the fried banana with ice cream for my best friend. It was a nice spot, and nice and quiet.
Vegetarian options: Tofu is an option for many things and there are vegetable dishes.
