On my way to a family gathering a couple of weeks ago, I happened to drive by the restaurant. I love sopa de mani, so when I was done with the gathering, I stopped by to have the soup. While the server was friendly, the service was very slow. Most importantly, I was disappointed with the soup ? that I was so craving for. What happened to the quality of the food? New cook? Not a place I plan to return to.

Yesterday I left with a disappointment about this restaurant since I always eat here, I have never complained about how delicious the food is but yesterday it left me a lot to be desired because the customer service was very terrible.
How can it be possible that they make you wait 20 minutes just to take your order, I was waiting around 20 minutes just for them to take my order, but in fact they never took it because I got tired of waiting so long that I left the place, even So I had talked to one of the waitresses to take my order, and they had seen more than one that my group of friends and I were waiting for our order to be taken. And it is a shame that a restaurant that prepares its meals well and has so many customers does not have enough workers and if it does, they cannot serve the customers well as they should since yesterday we were not the only ones who left, a family had arrived before us and they had not taken their order either and decided to leave the place, I hope they can solve this soon.
Even so, I hope to return and that next time the treatment of both myself and other clients is better with a better experience in the place.

It's simple, don't serve a customer something that you wouldn't even eat yourself. It's Monday, there are not many customers, there is no excuse.
I ordered to go and the silpancho was awful. No meat, all dough…tasteless, incredibly bad. This place is certainly going down in quality. Prices have also risen. It's not worth it, it's not like before,
Good place to go to if you've never tried Bolivian cuisine before.

Beat place for a good authentic Salteña
We have gone and eat at the restaurant a countless time and the service has been ok but lately the place is a mess, the bathroom stinks and to make the matter even worse i bought a couple of Humintas this past Saturday and found a piece of METAL! when i called the restaurant to let them know i was told that they will tell the dishwasher to not wash their machines with their usual scrabbing metal sponges! that they are aware of the metal situation WHAT!! not acceptable at all! i probably eat some metal due to their lack of responsibility and they are very aware is what the person who answered the phone said! Be careful when you eat here now...

Unfortunately, my experience at LuzMary's Bolivian Restaurant was disappointing. The food was inconsistent—some parts cold, others hot—making it feel like it was warmed up in a microwave. The service was also lacking, as the staff didn’t seem to care whether we were satisfied or not. I was expecting better.

The saltenas dough disappoint , had one beef and one chicken, which tasted better .
A 12% was automatically added to the bill… which offsets their cost, but what about the consumer ?

Amazing food, amazing service, and very kind owners. Went during Bolivian Independence Day, and had anticuchos as well as musical performers. Such a great experience. The peanut sauce for the anticuchos was spicy, delicious, and fresh. As a Korean American new to the culture, they were incredibly welcoming. Strongly recommend!

I visited this restaurant tonight for a birthday dinner with family and friends, expecting a pleasant experience, but it turned out to be terrible. Despite having a table for 12, the staff barely acknowledged us, taking an unusually long time to bring our drinks and take our food orders. The tables weren’t even arranged for our group, and we had to move them ourselves while the staff just watched. To make matters worse, I found hair in my food. Instead of addressing the issue properly, the waiter still charged me for the dish, arguing that since they brought a new plate, I should pay for it—even though I never asked for a replacement. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Parking: The restaurant does have parking available, but it's limited. There are about 20-30 spots, so if it's full, finding parking elsewhere might be difficult.
