I like this McDonald's for three reasons: 1. The food and service are consistently good. 2. It's only a five-minute drive from my house. 3. It doesn't have a drive-thru, which means the staff can just concentrate on the walk-in customers, instead of constantly being swamped by drive-thru business.
I never expect much from a mcdonald’s but this was absolutely awful. The fries were soggy and had too much salt. We got a root beer which was basically dirty water and an ice tea with the same issue. The mcflurry was just ice cream they put 2 pieces of oreo on top and none were mixed in. I’d go to somewhere else if looking for fast food.

They had a skeleton crew in there working cheapo's must be saving on labor. Forget about going into the lobby they concentrate only on the drive-thru. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help me just to get a soda to drink. And of course when I poured the diet coke it was flat. Tasted like and smelled like trash. Threw it in the trash where it belonged. This place needs New Management. Never again...McDonald's corporation needs to know about how poor this place is ran.

The workers here make a lot of mistakes and are incompetent. I ordered a Large Fries and the worker gave me a Medium I went back and told him the mistake and he just threw the whole thing in the trash. What a waste of food why don’t you just check the order if it’s correct before just handing it to the customer. Not coming back to this location.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, I needed a quick lunch woke at work so I ordered through the phone app to make the process faster, got to the parking lot and completed the order went inside and saw they had about 10 others waiting for their orders so I looked at the their screen and saw that my order #1690 was on the que. After waiting over 10 minutes and watching customers order from the cashier and received their food before myself and others who were already wanting I decided to go up to the cover and ask how long for offer 1690 and the guy went to check, then came back and said they didn't have an order 1690 and asked if I was at the right place, I asked him the address on my phone app and pointed to their screen showing 1690 in the que, he went and asked another employee and she came and showed me another customers order and said we only have #1604, I said my order is #1690 and pointed out 1690 on their screen again and showed her 1690 on my phone and pointed to their screen and said look at 1690 on your screen. Then after the gears in their head finally meshed they both said "oh, week check again" after another 5 minutes I finally received my order. I could have gone over to Lazy Mike's Delicatessen directly across the street, ordered a hot meal from wait staff, ate my food, and would have been on my way back to work in less time than it took to get my order from this McDonald's.
