I'm not sure what is going on at this McDonald's, but the quality of the food is inconsistent and often bad. I had a milkshake that was completely melted and tasted gross. I threw it away.

I was served coffee that probably had been on the pot for a while, bitter. The sausage biscuit look more like a microwave sandwich, soggy sandwich. The cashier was definitely not having a good day, not a hello or a thank you more like I hate this job.

Customer Service needs major adjustments. From management communication with employees in front of customers to talking about customers in other languages in front of the customer. Very non profesional and degrading to the customer.
