Double quarter pounder with cheese was the best I’ve ever had from a McDonald’s and even rates better than several burger joints. Great service too. Not sure what it is about this location specifically but keep it up!
I don’t expect much from McDonald’s customer service but seriously why is it that mostly all African-Americans are so rude to you.
- Weird experience for a McDonalds, maybe because it's a franchise, but this place is not to be trusted.
- I went there to order two McDoubles, and the cashier tried to overcharge me by $2.00.
- No, that's not a fortune, but I could get a full course meal to last me for two days at the Chinese restaurant across the street for the same money.
-- When I questioned the price (because I knew better), she brought on her full accent, and argued something about this burger, that burger, they're all the same burger, blah, blah, blah, until I finally told her I know the prices, but what I don't know is what she's talking about.or even why.
- I was ready to haul ass out of there, because I wasn't looking for an argument or a burger education. I just wanted a simple sandwich with no drama or discussion attached.
- She was obviously offended by my reply, but brought down the price to where it was supposed to be, so I got them and got out of there, not really giving a wild hoot about them one way or the other.
- I must add though, that they did seem sloppier and less tasteful than usual..
- All around McLousy experience at this place, and I won't be McBack.
They did an excellent job decorating for the Minecraft movie promotion in the restaurant. I've had repeated issues with discharging me and having staff who can't speak fluent English and can't communicate with me, leading to errors in the order.
Told McDonald's doesn't sell Lemonade and was rushed after asking the question one time like I'm a nuisance.
Two incompetent guys are working at drive thru pickup window at 1am Saturday morning is disturbing. What a disappointment
Poor management. I have to wait more than 40 mins to get a drive through order. Even though at the beginning they can find my order, the ended up saying no order information. Ridiculous
This Morning around 5:20am I got to the window to pick up my food to find out that the lady at window gave the it to the customer in front of me so she asked me to follow him and ask for the food lol :)
Friendly staff and good customer service. Quick service even though they were busy.
The lady works on Wednesday night shift on May 8th at 12:18am was so rude! We placed an onl order on app and then went to pick up at window 2nd. But asa we arrived she said there was no order confirmed and it wasn’t shown up on the machine(like how can we know, we don ‘t work in there) and refused to help us. She even rolled her eyes up like “who cares abt ur problem!” Yes, you don’t have to, but, at least please show us how to fix the problem, as the app has already charged us the money. At the end, we talked to the manager and the problem was fixed, but still the worst customer service ever.

I purchased a meal through McDonalds drive through with a friend and set and ate in the car for approximately 20 mins. As I entered McDonald to go refill my cup up with ice water I was stopped by one of the head owners with a pink button up shirt. He told me I couldn't do that ! I didn't understand why. So I tried to explain to him I purchased food through drive through, he didn't believe me at all I don't know if because I was black or he was really being mean. I felt terrible and embarrassed so I left with peace. This McDonalds is my neighborhood McDonalds I come here all time to get water after I good evening jogg on my regular days. Today was really different coming into McDonald's today and normally I'm welcomed with love and grace here. So I hope this matter gets fixs. ❤️
Says 24 hours but arrived to drive thru 11:50 and there was a group of people all demanding their food outside. They claim 24 hrs but closed before midnight and refused to refund or even nicely tell us. Slamming the drive thru window in peoples faces saying “CLOSED”. Spoke with the manager the next day and she confirmed they should’ve stayed open. The curly hair guy in the drive thru was rude and dismissive. The following day I reach out again and they tell me to come all the way back in person if I want help with a mobile order…How does that make sense to now inconvenience myself when I have proof of order #, card #, etc.
Will cancel your delivery order without any notice or reason why. It’s supposed to be 24hr. Clearly it’s not. Just an FYI
The most incompetent people I have ever met! They are rude, consistently mess up simple orders, and have no decency to fix it but instead argue with you about their mistake! I hardly go to McDonald’s and this is a reminder why.
