So usually I don’t do reviews but something told me to complete one. So at 4:48 am I get to this location and they tell me it’s breakfast time instead of the lunch menu. Which is fine but don’t play me. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese meal and a steak egg and cheese bagel and it came up to $16 and change. It took them nearly 5-7 minutes to complete the simple order but of course it’s wrong. I get to my destination and there’s no egg in the bagel. When I asked the front desk attendant for a receipt she gave me the order receipt.to be completed. Which confirms the other bad reviews. I will be disputing this and no within the store

What was supposed to be a quick fast food run to try the new snack wrap turned into 40 minutes waiting in the drive through. With no way to exit the drive through because we had a long line behind us, we had to stick it out. To add insult to injury, 3 meals cost $40.75 and by the time I got up to the window they handed our sodas told us pull up to wait even longer for food in the waiting area. I'm writing this review STILL not having received my food and my soda is wrong too.
Update 8/17: Tried swinging by for a late night snack. Another 30 minute wait with just 3 cars in front of me. I ordered the Mcdonald land meal and a 10 pc nugget meal.
When I get to the window they tell me they don't have the shake or the souvenir. Uh,then why is it being promoted and why was I allowed to place the order and wait 30 minutes? As I drove off, realized I wasnt even given a receipt to confirm what I was actually charged for. What a mess

30 minutes in line at 1:30am when there’s only 2 cars in front of me is wild. There’s no way they’re doing anything else except for watching TikTok’s back there, because it doesn’t take 30 minutes to warm up a burger with only 2 other customers in line. Absolutely ridiculous

Everytime I come to McDonald’s after 12am they have something going on. They put me in waiting line to tell me at the end “we don’t accept cards.” There’s no organization between them. Even online orders take more than 15 minutes (which it’s something they should focus first). The waiting line is extremely high for a “fast food service” and the associates here are no respectful enough to apologize about it. I’m not coming back to this McDonald at night.

Dinning area smells like it was mopped with a dirty mop. Remember one should not mop dinning area with the same water or mop from bathroom.

Have you ever heard of a 5 star McDonald's? This one fits the build. My wife and I went 11:37 am. This was our first time at this one. We got a Daily Double meal, mcdouble meal, and two sandwiches. The food was to perfection. I was amazed. No complaints from us. I would come again. We came here at the spare of the moment from my wife's knee treatment. This is a model McDonald's. Others need to be trained here.
Can't really enjoy a meal while smelling the stink of the bathroom no matter where you sit. I am guessing they have air circulation in the restaurant that includes that bathrooms. Looks clean though.

This drive through is extremely slow. I come here every morning on Sat and Sun. Most of the time you have to order at the window, they don’t speak much English, and it usually takes around 10-15 minutes to order and get your food. If it’s this busy every single weekend morning why is there one or two employees!

Not sure if management has changed in the past couple weeks but I’m a regular here and the service is absolutely terrible now. It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is, whether it is early in the morning or close to midnight be prepared to wait in line for at least 45 mins. This is supposed to be fast food yet they take longer than a top dollar restaurant that makes real food. I’m sure reheating frozen burgers doesn’t take this long so I’m very confused as to why it takes so long to order food here. I hope someone can send this up the chain and make adjustments soon because this McDonald’s is probably the worst one in the area now.
