Service is the worst, employees close before 10pm, you go there at 9pm and they are out of pretty much everything and they don't want to make more.

No “Welcome to Moe’s?!” …I’m guessing Moe’s is on it’s last leg. Well at least this location. The meat looked like it was sitting there all day. The steak was mostly cartilage and fat. They don’t have the chopped cucumbers anymore. The chunky salsa tasted weird. But worst of all, the homewrecker is now over $13!!! I order a homewrecker, a bowl, and a bowl of queso. $43 bucks!!

My experience at this Moe’s is that there is an A Team, a B Team and maybe even a C Team staff. When it’s the A Team, everything is fantastic, food is made well, staff is friendly. When it’s not the A Team, who knows what you’re gonna get.

I’m easily bothered by a dirty/messy restaurant, and this one is about bog standard for a Moe’s. They cleanup somewhat regularly (again…depending on if it’s the A Team) but sometimes it does get pretty messy with spilled salsa on tables and trash on the floors.

Parking: The parking lot is a disaster

The food tastes good, but my bowl was almost empty. There is a large parking lot that is shared with other businesses, and during busy hours like lunchtime, finding a parking spot is difficult.

Parking: A huge shared parking lot but sometimes hard to find a free spot.

MY SON MADE SOME ORDERS NACHO BURRITOS AND A SALAD BOWL AND THEY, WITHOUT ANY ORDER, INCLUDED TOO MUCH JALAPENO CHILE IN THE BURRITOS, IN THE NACHOS AND IN MY SALAD TOO MUCH RED SAUCE, I COULD NOT EAT IT

This service is rather hit or miss. Yesterday was the national burrito Day promotion and the place was a disaster. Mobile orders were taking over two hours to complete, the walk in line was out the door. There was no rhyme or reason on orders being called. Eventually they just wrote down the names of people waiting for their food to come back another day and get a free queso for the trouble. We came back today, the staff were a little grouchy but we got fresh burritos and queso which hit the spot!

The place was in shambles yesterday but even today when it was slow, the salsa station was messy. Additionally, one of the drink machines was down, food was scattered on the floor, just generally not the cleanest vibe.

I am a former employee at Moe's and am familiar with the environment and culture of this business; this location in particular does not live up to the standards. When we initially came in, we weren't greeted, nor were other customers that entered after us. When asked if they could cut our stackers in half,they refused and said it was against policy; I knew this was absolutely untrue, from my past experiences as a worker, and being a customer at multiple other Moe's in the country.
