I would get a burrito because the burritos tend to fall apart
I love moes. It’s my favorite fast casual. However, this one stinks. Rice was raw. Meat was dry and old. Skimped on portion. No salsa available. No iced tea available. Multiple beverage options missing. Trash overflowing. Rude staff. Really dirty inside. Employee sleeping in booth. Not sure how this is up to health code.

They don’t yell “welcome to Moe’s” like they used to. I’m here because i’m bored of chipotle and then realize the same and move on to Baja Fresh or Qdoba. At this point I’m basically playing spin the wheel, and if I guess correctly, I put a dollar into the S&P 500.
Food here is meh.
This is not the Moe’s you want to go to this place is getting worse and not up to the standard.
I usually love Moe’s, but this specific location was a big disappointment. I went at night, and the male staff member making my bowl was extremely rude and careless. I asked for grilled veggies, but the tray had all burnt ones. When I politely asked for fresh veggies, he said, This is all we have, and still put the burnt ones in my bowl.
This location also doesn’t have a dressing table for extras, and when I requested more dressing on the side, he started arguing that I should have told him earlier not very professional at all. On top of that, the chips were overly oily and had no salt.
This was definitely my last time visiting this Moe’s location. Really disappointing experience from a place I usually enjoy.

This is the BEST Moe’s in the NOVA area. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the rice, steak, and pico were. The workers were very nice and played great music, will definitely be coming back!

This location has gone down hill, this was the first Moe's I ever ate at, but my recent visit will be my last. The joy of Moe's is gone, no more pun named salsa, and long gone are the great names for the food. That said, I can go to many other places and get tex-mex, and now I will. I have ordered my last Joey bag full of donuts with a side of Keyser Salsa from the Bailey Crossroads location.

Whenever I order off uber eats they only include the queso about 50% of the time. Order is pretty much ruined since there dry nachos. Pretty dissapointing.
Best Moe’s I’ve ever had. Ordered tofu stack at 130pm. Ingredients were fresh, pico was phenomenal.

I Don’t recommend ordering here because they give you less meat and they don’t even change their glove in each order.

Service is the worst, employees close before 10pm, you go there at 9pm and they are out of pretty much everything and they don't want to make more.
Good was very dry

No “Welcome to Moe’s?!” …I’m guessing Moe’s is on it’s last leg. Well at least this location. The meat looked like it was sitting there all day. The steak was mostly cartilage and fat. They don’t have the chopped cucumbers anymore. The chunky salsa tasted weird. But worst of all, the homewrecker is now over $13!!! I order a homewrecker, a bowl, and a bowl of queso. $43 bucks!!
A little bit disorganized (might have been understaffed) but the food was great! Moe’s is always a favorite of mine.
