Derek has an amazing shop and wealth of knowledge about brewing. His shop has a great selection of grain, hops, and yeast. It’s also a great place to stock up with a couple 4 packs of different beers to enjoy during your brew day! We are regulars because of the atmosphere and competitive prices.
I'm new to brewing mead and am grateful to have any help from those that know. The people I've talked to here were both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products they sell and the arts of beer and wine making. Having that great energy helps you feel confident about your own brewing endeavors. Will be back..... again and again and again.
