This place is just superb. One of the best meals I’ve had in the area. Ask the wait staff for recommendations on the Laotian food in particular, don’t just get the Thai dishes. The Ping is incredible as well as the Khao Piak Sen soup.
An incredible first experience with Laotian cuisine. The flavor profile is comparable to Thai but has its own distinct blend of savory flavors.
The Chicken Awk is marked as a mild but it's authentic preparation manifests with more spice. If you have a lower spice tolerance, consider asking for less spice. Other than the spice, the chicken was absolutely tender with a wonderful blend of vegetables and spices.

This is a pretty good restaurant for Laotian food. You'll probably recognize some of the dishes if you know/are into Thai food. However, the taste pallette of Laotian cuisine is quite distinct (the food is a little more savory & has more umami taste; think of them more as having a soy-based kind of flavor as opposed to sweet & sour & spicy like Thai cuisines).
