Dang good Paisano’s location! Came here in a hot minute to procure a full meal for some cool ? peeps working at HR Block across Rte7. Pizza & Wings quickly made, done up right & tight, the nice Tex-Mex gal made sure all was copacetic as she handed me the to-go order. A bit further than our usual Paisano’s location, yet still might be worth the added time to get there! #CivetiamoDopoPaysano #HastaLuegoAmiguitos ????????

I chose the worst place to start. The cashier humiliated us for not speaking English well. They served us a mini hamburger. The customer service was very bad. She was the only woman taking orders. I don't recommend them.

I waited a while before writing this review, hoping that I would receive a response either to their customer feedback survey, or the email I sent through their website. But it's been more than a month, so I can only assume they don't read direct customer feedback, so I'm posting here. We've been pretty much regulars for quite a while, even though the one item we almost always get - the margherita pizza - is wrong almost half the time. There aren't that many ingredients, yet they've forgetten the basil so many times, my wife and I joke before its arrival whether it will be included. We even write "Please don't forget the basil this time" in the order instructions; but, like their customer feedback, they don't seem to read that either. We have an herb garden, so will just get our own. But this last order was so bad, it couldn't be fixed with a few basil leaves. When our order arrived, part of it was missing. The driver went back to pick it up, and when I looked at one of our pizzas - what should have been the margherita, of course - it was the wrong pie. I called the store, and they said they'd make the right one and send it back with our chicken tenders, which the driver had returned to retrieve. Now, was that annoying? Of course it was. But that's not why they're getting the one-star review. When the "correct" pie arrived, it was smashed up in the delivery box (and a bit underdone, too). Not sure whether the driver stopped his car too fast and it went flying, but that's sure when it looked like. That's it in the picture. I didn't bother to call the store, because I was kind of done by that point. I did, however, go to their website and explained the whole ordeal. I expected at least a conciliatory email but....nothing. I similarly filled out their order survey, but either they didn't read it or aren't all that interested in customer feedback. The sad part is, as I mentioned, we were pretty much regulars; we probably ordered an average of once a week. It's been more than a month, and I guess we're not missed. Fortuitously, another restaurant we enjoyed sent an email saying "we miss you," with a 10 percent off coupon. The reason we stopped going to them was because we were going to Paisano's so much more. Well, we're back now, and it's good to know one restaurant does, indeed, value their customers.

They told me the steak and cheese came with 4 toppings the steak, cheese, lettuce, and tomato but they never mentioned onions would be on it as well. Just don't take any suggestions from the workers and they will just mislead you with the subs
Bad service, such as such an unfriendly person with a bad temper, should not work as a cashier.

I really think this will be our new spot. Wings were crispy, hot, and that bourbon bbq was lit. Best to eat them freshly made. We ate at the restaurant food came out quick and it was clean.
