The Spanish man staff making the food was very rude to us saying our child is loud and it’s not acceptable, I guess he was never a child him self !!!!!!!, seriously they are kids talking and looking out the window they were being happy kids !!
I hope management looks at this incident I pray that it will not happen to anyone else…

I recently ordered the Chicken Fiesta sandwich at this Panera location, and the corn was burnt. I assumed it was a one-time mistake, so I gave feedback at the counter. The staff member smiled and said the corn is stored that way, but I asked them not to put burnt corn in my sandwich. Unfortunately, it happened again, which makes me feel my feedback wasn’t taken seriously. This experience showed a lack of care from the store, and I won’t be returning. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken and Avocado on a bagel, with egg white but when I received my order, it came on a baguette instead. I politely asked if they could switch it to a bagel, but the staff was very impolite and told me they had no more bagels — even though I could see them right behind the counter. Very disappointing customer service and not what I expected.

If you don't pre-tip them, they delight in making a mess of your order. Just go to the grocery store and make the sandwich yourself. It will be much cheaper and better.
