The service here is absolutely amazing. The manager the cashier and all of the staff are absolutely amazing. I came in late, maybe about 10 minutes before closing and they still treated me with so much love made my soup experience even better.
I was there today and ordered a Fuji Apple salad with no onions and sandwich half. The guy at the counter was attentive and nice. They were busy but still made my food quickly. The salad had onions, and when I told them, I may have sounded more frustrated than I meant to, but they handled me with grace and were very apologetic. I explained I was allergic to onions and a small mistake could be very serious next time it happened, and they were very understanding. Mistakes happen...
