I order a large original crust pizza today here what I got . Black cheese pizza was given to me. Called back no one picked up the phone 7:25 pm today

I have never had a bad pizza from Papa John's until I ordered from this location. The crust was so hard that there was little to no sauce on the pizza, making it inedible. I couldn't believe it, and we ended up tossing the pizza in the trash. We also ordered a soda, but when it arrived, it was the wrong one. When I called to complain, the manager answered and seemed to forget that the store no longer carried the soda I had requested. My money was wasted, and despite asking for a refund, I did not receive one.

I ordered a lot of food for my team, and our address is only a few minutes away from this location. It took over an hour and a half after multiple calls that they finally delivered. They would not give me a refund after we refused the cold food. Do not go here or order from them.

Very disappointed with this store. The guy was smoking outside, came in and touched the pizzas without washing his hands, then made the wrong one for me. Not professional at all.

I ordered a pizza and brownies delivered last night. The ordering process was so confusing. Back and forth from computer to actual person. But finally got order placed for my 77 yr old self and my 15 year old granddaughter who had been at the pool all afternoon and was ver hungry. Order finalized around 7:30. Told me it would take 35 minutes. I was sitting 5 ft from my front door. My granddaughter made me realize it had been almost and hour. So I called to check on it and the computer saus my order was completed. Could not get human on phone so went to papa John’s to talk to 2 very rude gentlemen who did not believe me. Took me about 20 minutes to convince them I had not received a pizza and having to come there totally what I was not wanting to be doing at that time. Finally arrived home with pizza at 9:40. Which way too late be eating supper. They had delivered to a man and had trouble believing there was no man at my house. Terrible experience and will never order pizza to be delivered from papa John’s again.

I had the honor of meeting two very kind, hardworking employees last night when Papa John’s offered a generous discount on their famous pizzas. They are respected and celebrated for using fresh, high quality ingredients leading to a healthier product. Stepping into their store, it felt friendly and welcoming. This Papa John’s location is in the heart ❤️ of The Little City of Falls Church, and located conveniently near Panera Bread, Moby Dick, and a host of other fantastic businesses. Papa John’s has an array of exciting menu items to explore! Their website has recently seen tremendous improvement, making ordering easier. This is a high volume, popular store, working extremely hard to get the pizzas ready as fast as they can. If your pizza is still in the process of being freshly prepared, there is a wonderful bench inside for you to sit and relax until your pizza is ready! Let’s celebrate our food service heroes and restaurateurs for the champions they are, and support all businesses providing vital services to the community! A recipe for success! Papa John’s pizza is so good. Original crust, thin crust, and other special crust types…I love the various styles of crust. A lot of thought has gone into the ingredients to make the pizzas craveable. With the addition of the Special Seasonings packets, parmesan cheese packets, and crushed red pepper packets, Papa John’s has turned up the flavor to new heights! There is a fantastic reason that the Papa John’s brand has become an American cultural phenomenon, they have an entire menu of exciting menu options to explore! Look at the irresistible menu of papadias, chicken wings, cheese sticks, garlic knots, desserts, and other eye catching menu items to dazzle you! 🌟

Unprofessional Experience with the General Manager
I’ve been a loyal customer of this Papa John’s for a while, and the store manager has always been great. But my recent visit was extremely disappointing.
I ordered a thin crust pizza and asked for garlic sauce at pickup. The employee, Rafi Monsur, told me it was $1 per cup which surprised me since it’s always been $0.75. I checked the official website after leaving and confirmed it was still listed at $0.75.
I called the store to ask about the price difference. Rafi answered and said it was “plus tax,” but his math explanation didn’t make sense 25 cents in tax on a 75-cent item isn’t accurate. When I questioned him, he became rude, defensive, and started cursing at me on the phone.
Shocked by this behavior, I returned to the store, hoping to speak with the store manager only to learn that Rafi is the general manager. Rather than listening or resolving the issue, he insulted me and, disturbingly, claimed he used to be a gang member as if that somehow justified his behavior.
Let me be clear: This was never about the $0.25 difference. It’s about integrity, professionalism, and how customers are treated. No one expects to be insulted or threatened when raising a simple question.
Papa John’s can and should do better. Hiring someone who understands how to communicate respectfully someone with basic customer service skills and emotional maturity would go a long way in restoring trust at this location. As of now, it’s hard to recommend this store under its current management.

DISGUSTING. Considering this location already has a terrible rating, Im not surprised by the experience I had. I understand Papa Johns is not the highest paying job, but PLEASE, for the love of God, increase your sanitary measures. The worker making the pizza's had a terrible cough and did not care to cover his mouth. I don't know if gloves are mandatory, but he was not wearing gloves and was constantly wiping his nose with his hands. At least wash your hands next time. Gross. I will not be dining at this location again and I advise everyone else to do the same.

I went to the Wizard’s basketball game in Washington DC this week and they got at least 115 points and so the stadium promised us that on Friday all the Papa John’s in the region could use WIZ50 to get 50% off our order. Unfortunately, neither the online ordering system nor my Falls Church store honored this. I tried calling two different customer service phone lines and they could not honor it either. The guys at the store were rude, yelling that the coupon did not exist. This really turned me off to the promise the company made. Disappointed and hungry, we decided not to order from Papa John’s after all. I would recommend you give employees authority to grant discounts that should be available but are not. Otherwise it feels like a bait and switch. I’ll also report this to the Wizard’s.

Had 2 consecutive bad interactions with the manager of this location. I called in an order of 7 pizzas with the nats 50 deal. Was hoping the first bad interaction was just a bad day but the manager of this store is a jerk. He went on a 10 minute tirade saying I was cheating the system ordering on the phone and using a deal when I was picking up the pizza 2 days later. He threatened to charge me full price which I think he tried to but realized he could not as I had already paid on the phone. If they dont allow this, they shouldn't take the order on the phone. I have heard the manager say he is too busy to take phone calls. I would avoid this location as long as this manager is there.
