Had 2 consecutive bad interactions with the manager of this location. I called in an order of 7 pizzas with the nats 50 deal. Was hoping the first bad interaction was just a bad day but the manager of this store is a jerk. He went on a 10 minute tirade saying I was cheating the system ordering on the phone and using a deal when I was picking up the pizza 2 days later. He threatened to charge me full price which I think he tried to but realized he could not as I had already paid on the phone. If they dont allow this, they shouldn't take the order on the phone. I have heard the manager say he is too busy to take phone calls. I would avoid this location as long as this manager is there.

worst papa johns pizza i’ve ever had. it felt like i was eating frozen pizza you warm up in the microwave. papa johns is my go to pizza but this place is ruining its brand.
plus the dude making the pizza didn’t even have gloves on and washed his hands only with water.

My pizza was delayed over an hour. When I called location manager, he told me was busy and his driver came to my house and called me, which he never did. Manger never tried to find a solution. He canceled the order on his own. I will never order from this place. I was loyal customer since the day they open this location.

This location took our money and didn’t deliver the food. I called the location and tried to get a refund with no success. Wrote an email to “upper management” about the incident and all I received was an email apologizing for not meeting my expectations. WTH!? Do not order from here!

Over a month now i see i will have to take then to court because they robbed me THEY CHARGED MY CARD 36.89 NEVER DELIVERED NEVER REFUNDED MECORPORATE DID NOT HELP ME AFTER CALLING MULTIPLE TIMES AFTER GIVING OVER 2 WEEK GRACE PERIOD FOR A REFUND I NEVER RECIEVEDSTORE MANAGER THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE I SHOWED UP AFTER CALLING TWICE AND LEAVING MESSAGES ABOUT MY REFUND I HAVE BEEN ROBBED BY PAPA JOHNS I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!!

Okay so they are hit or miss like everyone else. Having said that- the other day they forgot a pizza for delivery. No big deal called them up they sent it out. It was a bit later but they had to fit me in. BUT!!! The next day the delivery driver came to my house to apologize. I have never seen service and ownership like that with food service. Definitely way above and beyond but I love the effort. I tried contacting the store but could not get through so I wanted to make sure the good act didn’t get lost.

It's was my first time at the store and over there was 2 guys doing nothing. When I tried to do my order they say "We're no taking orders now" I ask how long time, they say "Wherever". That store was like trash. Terrible service, and apart from that, the entire place is dirty. I definitely won't go back there.

The worst thing is they go out to smoke ? and they come back to work and they don't wash their hands and there's a lot of smell of cigarettes ? you ask for an order and they give you another one which isn't very bad ???
