Okay so they are hit or miss like everyone else. Having said that- the other day they forgot a pizza for delivery. No big deal called them up they sent it out. It was a bit later but they had to fit me in. BUT!!! The next day the delivery driver came to my house to apologize. I have never seen service and ownership like that with food service. Definitely way above and beyond but I love the effort. I tried contacting the store but could not get through so I wanted to make sure the good act didn’t get lost.

It's was my first time at the store and over there was 2 guys doing nothing. When I tried to do my order they say "We're no taking orders now" I ask how long time, they say "Wherever". That store was like trash. Terrible service, and apart from that, the entire place is dirty. I definitely won't go back there.

My car was towed after minutes. I didn’t notice the sign and rushed to the doctors office next door. When I came back 10 minutes later to move my car, it was gone. Someone said they were watching people and as soon as you leave the premises they tow you. I have never been to this location before and was clearly not paying attention because I was focused on getting my daughter to the doctor. But 10 minutes, really? Is that even legal? Needless to say Papa Johns lost a customer today, forever. This behavior is predatory - someone could have warned me instead of calling the towing company. This is not business but preying on others’ vulnerability (people rushing to the doctor). Shame on you.Parking: xxx

inconsistent delivery times and pizza making. I'm writing this right now having waited 1:10 and still no pizza. watching the tracking app, it sat in "preparring" for 20 minutes, which means they don't have enough drivers and the pizza just sat there until one was availalbe. They need to properly staff this location for dinner rush time. If you are going to pick up, their parking lot also sucks

Received the wrong order - ordered original crust and definitely received a thin crust. I called the store and got attitude from someone who claimed to be the manager and told me they "didn't make a medium thin crust" and I could complain to "whoever online" - so here I am. If you are the type of person who expects consistency from a chain like papa John's, I would recommend not leaving this store location without checking your order to make sure you're receiving what you ordered. The staff at this location does not care.

Unlawful towing attempt at 7am of my car, at this time the parking lot was totally empty as Papa John's is not even open until 10am. The towing truck was hiding somewhere to rush in trying to tow my car as I was just running across the street to get a coffee. The very rude, aggressive towing truck driver even demanded me to pay $25. Never will I ever come here again. Bye bye PJ. What a horrible, unethical business practice.

My husband parked in their parking lot while he went to Urgent Care. He parked before they opened and left slightly after. There were few if any cars in the lot upon arrival and departure.They towed his car!! They said there is a sign and I believe it but to call the car for towing so soon. I would understand if it was in the way or preventing customers from getting to them. But it wasn’t. Anyway…my rant. Very rude! My poor husband had to Uber, sick, to pick-up the car.
