This play does right by you. The website didn’t work and the company on the phone basically told me it was my error the fifty percent coupon didn’t work. You have to click 50 percent off each pizza. Give me a break. I mentioned the issue upon picking up the pizza and they helped out. Always have nice people at pick up.

I can never get thru to this place they don’t answer the phone and when they do they don’t no what to tell you I go to this location very often and I keep having issues no follow ups I call it dosent matter they send my orders thru DoorDash that are not employees that don’t no how to get to my apartment and difficult the experience is constantly annoying and there’s nowhere else too get delivery from because this is in the “area” I’ve tried dosent work my pizza is always subpar or completely wrong and I end up just having to suck it up I will go elsewhere after today I’m tired of the never ending problems

I’ve ordered from here twice through Uber Eats, and both times my order was incorrect.
The first time, I placed two separate orders, but only one was delivered. I called the restaurant, and they told me I had to come in person, which I couldn’t do at the time—so I never received my food.
The second time, I ordered a pizza and a brownie, but only the pizza was delivered. I called again, and they said I could come pick up the missing item. When I arrived 30 minutes later, they hadn’t even started making it. Keep in mind both times they excepted me to come and pick up the order when I paid delivery fee and the other fees on uber eats

I've been ordering at this location for the past few weeks pretty regularly - both pickup and delivery.... My daughter has fallen in love with Papa Johns pizza. I love that they cater to her individual needs and we are able to order her pizza without cheese, and it is consistently tasty. She loves it. Always a treat. Staff are always very friendly. Today, I mixed up instructions on my online order and they fixed it right away. 💞 kids also loved the Oreo bites

I think you should just have dedicated delivery and then do a mandatory 18-20% tip. Everything’s good, but I feel the tips should be guaranteed and so should the delivery imo

The service here is excellent, but the original style pizza? Not so much. I say that because the crust is thin. Of all the years I've been eating papa johns I've never consistently had the crust thin like this and its nasty after you reheat it. The crust/pizza is usually puffy or doughy, this ish is thinner than a digiorno pizza. I tried to give this papa johns spot a lot of chances but I'm good now.

Ordered delivery to enjoy pizza while watching the Mike Tyson and Jake Paul fight. Pizza arrived and disappointment just is not strong enough of a word. Ordered 2 medium pizzas and cheese sticks. The crust on everything was so THIN. The order was “original crust”. It should have been fluffy and delicious. Instead it was thin, crispy and burnt. It tasted like cardboard. We called the store, no answer. Called the call line and told them of the issues and that we could not get through. They were able to try some other numbers and were able to get us connected. I asked for a manager and was denied. A young employee, about 17 years old, answered the phone. This was confirmed when I later had to go to the store in person. I described the issues with the dough. I was not reassured that it was just a bad batch of dough BUT I was offered a remake of the meal for free. I thought that meant the second creation would be improved. I drove up to the store to collect the newly made pizzas. They were worse! I was able to speak to the kid I spoke to on the phone. When I asked him what was wrong with the dough, he couldn’t explain. I saw an older gentleman in the back, I asked the kid if that was the manager. He said yes and got him. When I spoke with him, he just had excuse on top of excuse to explain why the dough looked the way it did. He finally admitted that the dough just came out of the freezer and had not had enough time up thaw and rise. So when fired, the crust just stays flat. I did not want another set of terrible pizza, so I asked if I could have the refund. He said his system won’t let him since they processed the “guarantee” function in the system. Funny because the guarantee was never fulfilled. So, in the end we were forced to take the pizzas and the manager gave his personal phone number for us to call in order to get free pizzas. Such a flimsy resolution. I have attached video to show all 4 pizzas. I’m flabbergasted and feel conned out of what is usually a great pizza experience. The problem solving and customer service is just not at the level I appreciated.

never order from this location. They will get the address wrong and blame you when you call out their mistakes. This is one of the worst pizza ordering experience and the manager is so rude
It took over an hour to get my pizza delivered and it was cold when it got here. I am absolutely furious!
