We have been ordering pizza from this location for months for both of our schools. On a weekly basis. delivery is always an issue, they can never find us. One time the delivery person left the pizza on the ground in front of our facility, they go to the wrong entrance all the time and this last time he yelled at our staff for not being available on time for the delivery, they run late and we have business running. We cannot wait or fluctuate our schedule to cater to their late deliveries. We will not be ordering from here, we do not like to be yelled at.

I don’t know what I just ate but I’m pretty sure this wasn’t a Papa Johns pizza. I got sick from it. Their franchise license should be revoked because they are making Papa Johns look bad.

Not to be dramatic but Imagine working all day ordering food to be delivered around the same time you get home from work only for the food to never ever arrive..... Orderd pizza at 9:23PM and at midnight my ordered was refunded to my card. I went to the app only to see that my order had been canceled. No phone call no email.... its too late to order food from anywhere else thanks for the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced in my life...
Please bring back the old crust!! The new “original” crust is no good.

Always make the pizzas pretty quickly if you order in store. Ordering is easy. Don't order later at night because they don't answer the phone. Also, the place is a 3 minute drive from my home. I recently ordered delivery but was disappointed because it took more than 45 minutes for the food to arrive. This location only offers take out.
We order pizza around 5:15 and it didn’t get delivered until 7:05 and it was cold. My family was very unhappy with this.

They'll get the order wrong and they will argue with you in a hostile manner over the phone. Avoid this location at all cost. I ordered a peperoni and pineapple for a pick up. You can see on the box label that peperoni is mentioned.(Photo attached) I got home and realized there's only pineapple on my pizza, no peperoni.Gave the manager a call. He starts to argue with me that on their system, there's only pineapple. I told him that peperoni is mentioned in my box order label and I ordered a 2 large 2 topping with a coupon. The manager starts to get aggressive and hostile. Even told me "the store was too busy and peperoni mentioned on the box label might have been a mix up." I asked him, "If you guys make that kind of mistake, don't you think it's possible you guys forgot to put peperoni on my pizza?" He became even more hostile.Just never order from this location. Pizza & wings arrived warm & we're good.Harlan the driver arrived within the hour and was super friendly. Would definitely order again!

I always ordered from papa johns and never had an issue. Funny thing is I wanted to try dominoes but was nervous I wouldn’t like it so I stuck to what’s comfortable. Ordered my pizza at 5:45 got delivered at 6:25 which was awesome. I ordered a soda and extra dressing didn’t receive either. I politely asked the driver about my soda he argued that I didn’t order any soda before even checking the receipt which proved I did. I let it go and told him I’ll be calling customer service. Furthermore, I Tasted the pizza it was just bland and not fresh at all. Tried my second box thinking maybe it’s just that one nope my Philly pizza was even nastier. The meat was hard like Burnt bacon, the dough was just nasty and super salty . My family and I ended up having stomach aches the whole nite. The one time I don’t read comments online becomes my biggest regret. Just dont order if you are craving a good pizza. Very dissatisfied I don’t even want to try them again ever just want my refund.
