Time to time I use too get my carry out at the Yorktown center next to CVS on gallows roads . But I will stop going out there there is an employee with very nasty actitude. I was going to place an order but he had another customer at front me I’M glad cuz I believe his name is Oracio Gomez claimed to be the manager so Oracio was pixelated off with a customer cuz customer didn’t want to pay. $ 40.00 some dollars for Two pizzas customer told him imposible and walked away with out. Then Oracio looked a me and said WHAT DO YOU WANT? I need to know how much cost medium supreme believed he said $17.00 and gave me ugly nasty loock. I JUST realized I didn’t have too take his rude attitude so I told him he didn’t have to talk to me. That kind of nasty way So I was regular customer BUT NOT ANY MORE AS LONG THIS NASTY JERK WORKS THERE ❗️I didn’t order period 👎🏽

Ordered online for pick up and when I arrived all the employees ignored that I was standing there and even made eye contact. After wait for 10 minutes when I could see my order sitting there the entire time already paid for they finally came to help and when I ask for a couple of crushed peppers they wanted to charge me which was never a charge before. Honestly felt like they truly don’t care about the customer experience and wait times

The quality is disgustingly low...the workers don't wear gloves...they eat from the ingredients they put on your pizza...they touch money and their bodies and then go on to make the pizza with their bare hands...add to that, the employee was rude, as if you were eating at his expense.

Very bad customer service and sometimes the food is trash. I only came here when I don’t have any time to buy from other places so sorry for this and this is my opinion.
Stay away. Terrible employee threatened me tonight. Took over 30 minutes longer than email and papa tracker said it would take. For first 10 minutes I stood in the store (when pizza was already supposed to be ready) and no one acknowledged me at all, then finally asked my name and said he would work on it now. I should have cancelled then but waited another 10 minutes and when I complained about the delay, the guy yelled at me and told me he was only one there and to deal with it. When I noted that wasn’t my problem and just annoyed it was taking so long, he continued to yell at me, then finally other old guy in store got my pizza and gave it to me. Angry guy followed me outside and continued to yell at me, and when I yelled back I just want my pizza he threatened to fight me over it. Refused to give name. Never going here again.

They have terrible customer service. The only reason I keep visiting this store is because it's close to my house. The worst thing I do is, every time I shop, they're either rude or the manager is sorting something out regarding the employees at the computer and the customers waiting to be served. Otherwise, the person working at the register isn't there, and you have to wait almost 10 minutes. And no one else wants to take orders or give answers. The energy and atmosphere in that place are very bad. If I could give half a star I would.The only one who was really nice this afternoon was Mr. Robert.

Delivery driver was so rude, he was supposed to leave it in our apartment lobby. Instead he called and wanted us to come down to get the food and then ask for more tip then we had already tipped him and had a nasty attitude. We had ordered the mambo wings and pineapple pizza. The pizza was dry and bland and the slices were uneven. The wings were rubbery and not a lot of sauce. Very disappointed will never order from Papa John's again, especially this location.
