Very bad customer service and sometimes the food is trash. I only came here when I don’t have any time to buy from other places so sorry for this and this is my opinion.

Stay away. Terrible employee threatened me tonight. Took over 30 minutes longer than email and papa tracker said it would take. For first 10 minutes I stood in the store (when pizza was already supposed to be ready) and no one acknowledged me at all, then finally asked my name and said he would work on it now. I should have cancelled then but waited another 10 minutes and when I complained about the delay, the guy yelled at me and told me he was only one there and to deal with it. When I noted that wasn’t my problem and just annoyed it was taking so long, he continued to yell at me, then finally other old guy in store got my pizza and gave it to me. Angry guy followed me outside and continued to yell at me, and when I yelled back I just want my pizza he threatened to fight me over it. Refused to give name. Never going here again.

They have terrible customer service. The only reason I keep visiting this store is because it's close to my house. The worst thing I do is, every time I shop, they're either rude or the manager is sorting something out regarding the employees at the computer and the customers waiting to be served. Otherwise, the person working at the register isn't there, and you have to wait almost 10 minutes. And no one else wants to take orders or give answers. The energy and atmosphere in that place are very bad. If I could give half a star I would.The only one who was really nice this afternoon was Mr. Robert.

Delivery driver was so rude, he was supposed to leave it in our apartment lobby. Instead he called and wanted us to come down to get the food and then ask for more tip then we had already tipped him and had a nasty attitude. We had ordered the mambo wings and pineapple pizza. The pizza was dry and bland and the slices were uneven. The wings were rubbery and not a lot of sauce. Very disappointed will never order from Papa John's again, especially this location.

I order from this location semi regularly because it is rather close (about 3 miles) and whether it's pick up or delivery getting my order has always been fast. Apparently not anymore.
Tonight I ordered for delivery. I put in the order and got the regular progress tracker and estimated delivery. 20 minutes later I received a notification and website redirection saying my order would be handled by DoorDash and my estimated delivery time changed to over an hour from when I placed the order.
If I had known they were going to hand me off to a third party that regularly takes forever and delivers orders with missing items, I would have ordered take out.

The tattoo manager started having words with one of the pizza drivers in front of customers. Not acceptable behavior on either persons part. Driver left with an order and manager was STILL talking about it with another employee. Ego needs to be put in check.

The employees are not taking care of proper hygiene. Yesterday night, I witness the employee is scratching his head and making a pizza with the same hand and touching the credit card and money with the bare hands without gloves and making pizza.

An employee opened the door for my husband and my daughter, the order was ready on time, and the food was perfect. It’s New Year’s Eve and my son has been in the hospital right down the street for a week now I wasn’t planning on leaving a review but this order really made my day thank you.
