I rated this place 3/5 stars as the food was fresh and all, but the quality and taste was different than my neighborhood Pappa John’s. We ordered 7 pizza for a party and it was fresh and the teens loved it; the pizza didn’t heat up the same. Better ingredients- better pizza for sure. Try the PJs on Main Street in Fairfax.

I pay for extra sauce and you don't put it in the order. Can you not read?! Then, I call and none of your extensions work. They all just hang up on you. Horrible customer service. Not ordering from you again.

I don’t expect 5-star, gourmet food—it’s Papa John’s—but I would’ve appreciated a little more effort with the dessert I ordered. Looks nothing like pull aparts I’ve ordered at other locations…2 stars only because it was ready for pickup in less than 10 minutes.

Great service great pizza. Walked in ordered two pizzas got them with in about 12 minutes and I was on my way.Order was accurate and food was hot.Parking: I parked right out front.

On 11/30/23 I call the store to place an order, the person could not understand what I was saying, asked for my last name like 7 times. I asked for 6 pizzas and the guy, kept saying 16. Since he couldn’t understand I drove to their place. When I arrived to place the order, the guy recognized my voice and told me that he was too busy to take my order. He was about to close. I asked at wha time do you close? He said 11:30pm . This was around 10pm. Poor customer service!
I was a driver here for a short time. I told the store manager that a driver named Manuel Aleman was being unfair (he was not logging out to get more orders in the system, he was taking advantage of other drivers). They did nothing because most of the employees were from Spanish speaking countries. The manager (Chris Navarro) did not solve the problem. He was a nice guy but he didn't bother to solve the problem.

The cashier takes his sweet little time to hand over your complete order that has already been sitting there for awhile and ignores when you ask for your order and doesn't finish your order when online it says finished they lied about my order being finished and they take forever.
