This was the worst pho we’ve ever had. We couldn’t even finished the bowl. So we didn’t tip which is understandable. While we’re leaving she ran to exit door and ask for a tip? That shouldn’t be the way for asking tip which was rude you can’t force people to give tip. We’re not gonna come back to this place.

We had our meal and after paying the bill, I was planning to leave a tip. However, when the staff forcedly asked for a tip, I changed my mind. They even followed us to the door and asked again. I still gave $2 in cash.
Unfortunately, the food was below expectations. The noodles were dry, and the meat smelled bad.
Because of both the food quality and the uncomfortable tipping behavior, I will definitely not be coming back.

Probably the worst pho I've eaten in my entire life. Rubbery noodles, the meat is dry even in the mediocre flavorless broth. I regret spending my money on this.

Great service, great location, pho was not distinctly Vietnamese broth and had a different flavor profile. Broth though clear, tasted like salt water with a little beef broth. Price was reasonable and may fit the pallet for a novice.

Pho was so flavorful! It was saltier than I’ve had before, which I personally liked. The spring rolls were not my favorite since the peanut sauce was not very flavorful, and the lettuce was shredded for some reason. But otherwise delicious!

Been going here for years, the food is always delicious and the prices are great! The staff are always so sweet and during my last trip I left my purse and the lady ran outside in the rain to find me. This place has been a staple in my life for a long time and I hope for them to last forever!

This place is wildly inconsistent with quality. Out of the 6 times I've ordered, they've only once given me the requested chopsticks, and whomever was preparing orders did so so well on that day! A generous portion and fresh everything.
I have rated 2 stars because every other time, I've either had broth that was too salty, paid for add-ons that never arrived, had 1/3 the amount of regular noodles, and never once gave me the requested utensils. This last time it took almost 2 HOURS to receive my food. It was very cold and absolutely not worth the price.
