PHO 95 Mi Cay Tung

I ordered I dried fish and shrimp noodle . The food was good . It came with a small bowl of Broth about haft filled . I asked for another bowl of broth but the waitress looked unhappy . I kept waiting until the food finished and then she brought out the broth bowl about quarter filled . I don’t mind that thay charge more for extra . Otherwise , I will give this restaurant 4 star rating

Food was great! Don’t let the emptiness scare you. The restaurant is kinda hidden in the mall on the entrance end of the Eden center. The service was great! The lady is kind of checking on you to make sure your needs are met and the food is great. Hu tieu Nam Vang was great, great sauce and toppings. Their signature “Bánh ướt dĩa chồng dĩa Buôn Mê Thuộc” aka rice paper plate on plate was good with rice paper to wrap with herbs and different hams like chạo tôm (shrimp paste wrapped on sugar cane, vietnamese ham, grilled pork) and 3 different sauces (fish sauce, fermented fish sauce, and peanut sauce). Bánh bèo is good. I’m used to Hue style which the rice batter is thinner but this is still good.

I’ve been hunting for an ideal dried yellow noodle soup (mì khô) for a long time and tried it at many restaurants, I found it finally. When I am in the area next tIme, I will take home 10 orders instead of one. As for a dish that we first had and tried, we were impressed for the artistic presentation, fresh and healthy veggies, flavourful and tasty shrimp cakes, beefs and porks. I imagine other dishes are delicious as well.

Pho and Egg noodle soup taste really good. Buôn mê thuột steam rice roll is ok. Definitely Recommend. ?
