Food was great! Don’t let the emptiness scare you. The restaurant is kinda hidden in the mall on the entrance end of the Eden center. The service was great! The lady is kind of checking on you to make sure your needs are met and the food is great. Hu tieu Nam Vang was great, great sauce and toppings. Their signature “Bánh ướt dĩa chồng dĩa Buôn Mê Thuộc” aka rice paper plate on plate was good with rice paper to wrap with herbs and different hams like chạo tôm...

I’ve been hunting for an ideal dried yellow noodle soup (mì khô) for a long time and tried it at many restaurants, I found it finally. When I am in the area next tIme, I will take home 10 orders instead of one. As for a dish that we first had and tried, we were impressed for the artistic presentation, fresh and healthy veggies, flavourful and tasty shrimp cakes, beefs and porks. I imagine other dishes are delicious as well.

Clean, fast service, friendly and efficient waiter. Pho was excellent, portion just right, ambience nice and quiet. Good selection on menu. Tucked away in the corner of very busy shopping complex. Pho 95 is a hidden treasure. Thank you for a delicious and comforting meal in today’s cold and wet weather!
