First time at this place. I was in a hurry to order my food and go back home to continue working. As soon as I got to this place, nobody was even trying to help me with my order. I waited almost 10 minutes before I could order my food. I got the all meat 101 soup. I waited another 10 minutes to get my food. I rushed home after that. I live 15 minutes away from the restaurant. As soon as I started eating when I got home, I noticed a weird taste in the meat (see picture). They gave me raw meat. I don't recommend this place to anybody ! Not worth the wait !

Great pork taro egg rolls. Iced coffee with condensed milk as good as anywhere. Great cuts of beef in the pho and good amount of toppings. The broth unfortunately was kind of watery. Overall, good.

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this hidden gem of a pho restaurant offers a dish that redefines noodle soup: pho with saté sauce. The moment you step inside, the aromatic blend of spices and herbs wafts through the air, promising a culinary journey that's both comforting and exotic. This isn't just any pho; it's a symphony of flavors and textures in a bowl. The broth, simmered for hours, is rich and deeply flavorful, laying the perfect foundation for the silky rice noodles, tender slices of meat, and vibrant garnishes of fresh herbs and bean sprouts. However, the real star of the show is the saté sauce—a chili oil-based concoction that is nothing short of transformative. The saté sauce, with its complex layering of flavors, brings a smoky depth and a gentle, warming heat to the dish. Unlike the overwhelming spiciness you might expect from chili oil, this sauce strikes a delicate balance, enhancing the dish's flavors without overpowering them. It's so perfectly tuned that you wouldn't find yourself reaching for the usual Sriracha or Hoisin sauce; the satay sauce alone is enough to elevate the pho to new heights. This restaurant's pho with satay sauce isn't just a meal; it's an experience. It's a testament to the mastery of balancing flavors and textures, making it a must-try for anyone seeking to recover from a hangover or simply just to warm up on a brisky day. Beyond just nourishing the body, it's a dish that warms the soul, leaving you with a lingering taste of culinary bliss long after the last spoonful.

It definitely a nice restaurant by all means.. but my tastebuds differ! Price point is quite good.. 2 large bowls of pho under $30?. Pho is too Americanized just the whiff of star nise.. (75) was way better!!

Quite disappointed with the broth, just right. The server was not attentive to the customers as well. Hope they will improve.

I recently visited this pho shop for the first time and found that my experience didn't quite live up to the high ratings I saw on Google Maps. The service was unfortunately lacking in attentiveness and efficiency, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Additionally, I was disappointed to find the noodle soup somewhat diluted, not offering the rich flavors I was anticipating

Get the 204. It's the only pho place that serves this. Amazing. I go to this place almost twice a week. It's by far the best pho place I've visited over 15 diff places in the area. This place is number oneStill the best pho around Falls Church

I personally recommend you to try the hủ tiếu or mì triều châu bò (beef). The only thing I don't like about this restaurant is the prep time which NORMALLY takes up to 20-25 minutes after you place your order. If you're okay with that, then everything is okay ?

Skip takeout since it comes out late and is not hot. I was told 20min to pick up but had to wait another 20 after being told it was coming soon. Better to dine in if you can. Noodle portions for pho are not large even if you order large. Clean dining area.

I’ve been coming to Pho Sate for the past decade. It’s always been my pho spot and I’ve ordered take away to bring to friends in other cities. This place is near and dear to me.But in recent years I’ve been gradually disappointed in their quality. Since the pandemic I noticed the staff change which also in turn changed the service. But mainly the change in pho has been the most disappointing. In my recent visit the broth tasted so watered down. Even upon walking into the restaurant I could tell by sense of smell that it did not smell the way it has the past decade. I would always have the broth and clear the bowl with no added sauce to the broth. It was so rich and full and you could taste how deep the flavors were, but upon my recent visit it just tasted watered down salt water. I also get their pork taro rolls—another decade long favorite of mine, but something about it was off too. Not bad, but not its former glory. We would drive a distance to come here specifically for their pho, but I think based on their decline of quality over recent years I’ll have to search for another spot. In past visits post pandemic the quality definitely had its waves, but I excused it because of the state of the economy. But at this point, I feel that pho sate has lost its former glory entirely.
