Let's call it 4-1/2 stars, because broth is delicious, filled with whichever animal parts you select and lots of noodles. They serve it with plenty of bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeno and lime. All the right sauces are on the table. Good service, and altogether a satisfying experience. It's a simple place but an excellent one.
