If you care a lot about service, you wouldn’t enjoy this place. But if you like pho for a good price, it would be worth it to come here.
Like a lot of the other reviews, the staff is efficient at what they do but they don’t care for any pleasantries. The Pho came out quickly after we ordered even though the restaurant was packed on a weekday afternoon. After that, our waiter never checked in with us again.
The pho itself tasted good and had big portions. Meat quality was decent as well. They do use good amount of MSG that I can taste.
Be sure to bring cash for when you pay at the register! Otherwise you will have to use their ATM.

We’ve been coming to this pho restaurant for over 30 years and always ordered the same thing: a large pho with cooked bean sprouts and extra jalapeños.
This time, the jalapeños we received were not enough, so we politely asked for a little more. The server told us the manager considers that amount already “extra” and that if we wanted more, we’d have to pay another dollar.

I understand that prices have gone up, but the way it was said was rude and dismissive. Maybe it was a language issue, but the attitude was disrespectful and left a very bad impression.

It’s disappointing, because this used to be one of our favorite spots for decades. Sadly, after this experience, we won’t be coming back.

I asked him for 3 forks & he only gave me 2. Then I asked him for more like & once again 1 fork because he didn’t give it to me & the server yelled at me. Overall for my first time ever here I was very disappointed & will never return again.

Cash only. The pho is outstanding, easily making this spot the gold standard for pho in the DMV area. You can order drip coffee with your pho, but there are no other side items on the menu—yet the pho alone is more than enough. Don’t expect much in terms of décor or service; they keep it simple and efficient. Once you order, the pho arrives quickly. Enjoy.

Walked in and it was immediately apparent that this place was dirty. I helped myself to a seat after it seemed like no one was going to greet me at the front entrance. After a while a server came by and plopped a menu on the table while giving me a stern look. While looking the menu over my eyes quickly centered on writing near the top that read “only cash accepted”. I glanced around the room for an atm to no avail before deciding to leave since all I had on me was a card. I handed the menu back to the server while apologizing and told him I didn’t have any cash, in exchange his attitude seemed to say “good riddance”. Don’t know what I did to warrant that kind of disrespect, maybe he was having a bad day but suffice to say I won’t be returning.

Been going here since 2000. Number 11 and 12 use to be my go to. Lately it seems the quality of meat has gone down. 11 and 12 never had gristle or fat. Now everytime I order it. It always has gristle and fat. Portions seem to have gotten smaller. Lemonade cup as well. Soup base is good.Hope its the cooks mistake. But if not I am going to have to find another spot . Its a shame this use to be the best Pho place in the D.M.V area. I know covid change everything. I don't mind paying extra for quality food.

Unfortunately, Cash only, so don’t forget before coming here. There is an atm on-site which I had to use. I got a small bowl of pho Nam + Bo Vien which was loaded with my 2 favorite meats and arrived within 1 minute of me ordering! The pho was light, yet tasty broth. I also ordered a Vietnamese ice coffee (cafe sua da) for $7.50, which I don’t recommend the Vietnamese coffee here.

THE BEST MOST AUTHENTIC PHO PLACE IN NOVA. They only have pho and they have options for chicken and beef. You walk in and are immediately seated, the service is super quick and the food comes out piping hot. The pho is so fantastic, my friends and I cry every time we eat it. I have been eating here since I was 3 years old and I swear by this place that it is the only pho place I will ever eat (besides at my moms house of course). You come here for the food and the authentic Vietnamese vibes which comes with a little bit of sass from the workers of course, but what are you expecting, thats Vietnamese culture for you!
