Top Bun Bo Hue on east coast. They speak minimal English so you better know what you want when you come in. The broth was one of the top I had in ages.Edit: they may have changed name to Phoang Le but is the same store.

Came here for the bbh, and it was good, maybe a bit on the sweeter side. The owner presented the menu, which clearly listed it as $12, but when we got the check, the owner told us it was actually $17. I understand if they didn’t want to print new menus, but maybe at least mark it with a pen on the current one? Would I come back? I don’t know. The bbh was good but I am left feeling deceived.

ITs okay. Take out only now.the BBH was good. Owner does not speak English. After I ordered the BBH and Bun Mam, the ppl working there just took my money and gave me change. together it was 35 dollars flat. No price listed anywhere. Other reviews are old. After eating this, my back started having this tingly sensation which I havent had for a long time. Couldn't tell if this was weird manifestation of dyspepsia or reaction to soups high in MSG.

Cash only establishments. Located inside at suite 39 the corner lot. The name on the window is different so what's why I felt the need to say that. The meat is marinated well and cooked properly. The fish sauce that went with it is also good and lightly spicy. I have noticed a few other restaurants around water it down to save some $ but they did not. The place is very small, maybe less than 8 tables. The beef noodle soup is one of the better ones in the area. The soup has a combination of different meats, and the blood which is often left out in some other restaurants.

This place is unassuming looking from the outside but the food is tasty and quick.

This place is inside Eden Center. My friends recommended this place for Bun Mam. The smell is strong and the broth is flavorful but for me it’s a little bit sweet. The minus point is they don’t have eggplant for the dish because Bun Mam traditionally included with it. I recommend to try it out.Not too bad!

Been to this place for 15yrs. Over time the prices jump $9 to currently $13 a bowl of bbh. The bowl was large but now it’s a medium but that is not the point. The flavor of bbh is not the same. It’s like the owner cutting corner and using flavoring agents rather then actual ingredients to make/cook the brothe. The meat served taste like days old and it’s not a joke. The years I’ve been to this place rating from quality, serving size, price, garnishment, taste, freshness: it was 8/10 years ago now down to 3/10. Would I go here for bbh again? Not again for a long time. If you had bbh here before and compare to now you know exactly what I am saying and I have not written any review of any place I’ve been to nor say anything negative until now. Maybe other reviews were years ago but no longer a valid place for bbh.

This place is great because: 1) Amazing Bún bò Huế. I'm sure the other menu items are delicious too but we got two bowls of Bún bò and it was maybe the best noodle/soup dish I've ever had. 2) Great service - the ladies here are so nice! 3) Unbeatable atmosphere inside the Eden Center

Pho Ga soup and Combo Vermicelli are my faves.

I can go to buy food and see the price so I charge them to get double the money I advise you to use it to buy things that are not good

The best Bun bo hue we have had! It’s on the spicy side, but that’s perfect for us.
